Consider is in. Not a big fan of serum visions here. Most decks run two of, i guess thats fine. Either way there is 5 card types and delirium requires 4 so shouldnt be an issue. Thought scour can even help to get a creature into the grave for delirium and makes turn two Murktide possible.

Couldnt find my third steam vents for a while, so i played 2 and was constantly wishing i had the 3rd to fetch for. But thats just my feelings, go try yourself.You could wish for a borrower for christmas, no? ;)
From my experience with the deck so far, you gonna want a 3rd steam vents and a brazen borrower to handle some random artifacts and enchantments like bridge or rip for example. This deck folds to a resolved rip.
We have to admit that WDM is a selfproclaimed conspiracy theorist, a prepper and suffers asperger syndrome.With that in mind, I can understand why he thinks different than others, and thats ok.The problem I have, is that I thought this is a deck building site, not WDMs personal social media.I get annoyed with all this ongoing conspiracys and pseudo-psychological posts, that have nothing to do with Magic.He is constantly seeking for likes and fame here and tries to put rules on us.This is going on for years now and did not make this site a better place since.I think he even scares off new users, by contacting them right away and putting his rules on them - At least I would be.See, I'm also not a fan of insulting people, but I get why some can get frustrated.It seems like there is no right way to criticize him. You either get deleted, or called out as a troll and exposed on some list.As we can all see, this drags in more and more trollish behaviour and hatred.There is no sign of change by WDM, but all others have to?Who is WDM to rule (or ruin) this page?
This will always make him float on top, probably what he wants, so Im not sure if thats the right strategy though.

Your deck has 3 flaws in my opinion. Let's discuss.I don't know how long you've be absente, but at least you know some MH2 cards.So it is hard to argue, not to play Murktide Regent in a competitive deck with that many cheap spells like UR.Get rid of the Bonecrusher instead.I also don't think that your mana base is good.A deck that runs Blood Moon does not need 4 mountains or fetchlands that search for red only.Cut the Foothills and mountains for more islands and Flooded Strands.For manlands, there is a new card that would fit greatly: Hall of the Storm Giants. I think it's better than Conclave and Factory.For spells, right now almost all blue decks run 4 Archmage's Charm. It is a very versatile card, but the best part is the option of stealing all the one drops that are played in Modern. +1Neat deck I think!I would probably try 3rd T3feri main.and I'm not so sure about 4 drown in the loch.I'd rather have some number of real counterspell and removal.
Usually Nurturing Peatland goes well with Wrenn and Six. You could cut a Tomb for it.

I dont think Honor of the Pure does much in this deck. You could try Lingering Souls instead.Also there is a new card from Modern Horizons 2 - Damn - could be better than Damnation here.

I think one of them should be swiftspear as you mentioned, the other one is a placeholder for the new white one drop from strixhaven i would guess.
As a blue mage i feel offended by this decks name ;)

I 100% agree. This is escalating to a point that its hard to ignore. There is wdm and his hunt for a troll that may or may not exist all over this place. Its getting pretty annoying by now
