As a presiding OG of this site, I can firmly say that I have never participated in, or claim to have participated in, any professional Magic: the Gathering events. However, I have had many interactions with Wicked, and I can say that at the very least, the comments they've left on my decks specifically have been constructive and helpful. I don't really do politics, but I have never seen or gone digging for dirt on them because I like to believe that this site is a helpful, supportive community of people with a common interest. My final verdict, I think the world has bigger problems than someone saying they're something they may or may not be on a random website for nerdy junk. Honestly, do you guys have nothing better to do than cause arguments on some back-alley site about nothing important? Please just spare us all and stop with this. All of you.
With the Expedition Map ban, Tron had to be reworked a bit, but I think it's still probably tier 2.
True
Done
Very true, and I 100 percent agree with you. It really is quite the sentiment.
Well said, and true enough.
It does sound like a good idea with all these facets. I think the card rental thing is smart, it no longer has to rely on an honor system as they basically buy the card for above market value if they take off with it.
1. To begin sharing, all you need is physical access to one another, trust, and a place to store your cards.2. The idea of the share binder includes using placeholder cards with the names of the binder cards on them, so theoretically none of the binder cards should get stolen in this scenario.3. Each contributor would likely work on a different budget than the others, so each person puts in what they can given their means. This should be easier to handle when there is that aforementioned shared trust.4. If someone leaves the group, I think it would only be fair to supply them with the cards they bought for the binder.5. This is a problem I saw while creating this, and I came up with a couple solutions. One, you could just not run the same card at the same time or specifically not run a certain deck to avoid incompatibility issues. A second solution would be to just have the share binder be ONLY for you, which would rule out many of these questions, though it would be more expensive for you.
Thanks for your comment on the zombie deck. My typing Josh Lee Kwai was not a typo, as that is the name of the host of Game Knights on the Command Zone YouTube channel. Secondarily, Paranoid Delusions and Whispering Madness, while both are fun cards, neither of them fit the commander's color scheme and therefore couldn't be added to this deck in particular. I may experiment with cipher in a commander deck in the near future, but for now I think Trait Doctoring alone makes perfect sense in this deck.
Certainly not, I want to be seen as a threat instantly so I can crush their dreams with counterspells.
I just realized the issue here. This was originally designed to be a reanimator deck, and I'll make revisions to fix this.
You can have up to 4 copies of any card in your deck. You cannot, however, have more than one legendary permanent of any given name on the ?????????? at the same time, or you have to sacrifice the other one.
Crucible of Worlds is essentially included with Ramunap Excavator, though it's more fragile. Constant Mists and Scapeshift are generally pretty good, I like that idea. Splendid Reclamation will be a must-add with Scapeshift in the list, so that would be smart as well. Thanks for the input.
I think just the addition of Modern Horizons 1 and 2 and the replacements available for it.
Korvold pumps himself while drawing you cards each turn, so he's like a sac outlet and Phyrexian Arena rolled into one. The rest follows the same tune: sacrifice small stuff to generate incredible value and pump Korvold further because of the trigger on the second half of the card. If left unchecked, in just a couple turns, Korvold can turn into a 10/10 or even bigger flier, all while value is being generated everywhere else so you can just run away with the game at any point, early- or late-game.
I think the brief description given may portray all I am feeling about this decklist personally, but I don't know about your feelings on the matter.
I absolutely can.
Gross
I'm still almost completely lost and confused here, but it sounds fine to me.
