I just realized I wasn't reading the "only once a turn" clause ._.Ich bin dum...

I said it before and I'll say it again, Mana Bloom has blown me away. It lets me put mana in reserve for whenever I need it, and allows for things like that to work. Also, I did that in a game with my buddy running his Ashling the Pilgrim, Wumps running his Budoka Gardener/Dokai, and Arty running his Horobi...So I wouldn't necessarily say I was the biggest threat =P
I like it. The best part to me is that while Norin is very helpful to the deck's tricks, he isn't necessary for it to run smoothly. I'm personally not a fan of Legion Loyalist. I don't see its ability being worth stuffing in here as a one-of. I would personally pop in a fourth Gather the Townsfolk. In a pinch, that Fateful Hour boost with this deck could bring you back from death, or better, win you the game outright.
I kinda love Master of the Feast. I find it strangely adorable the same way that a really fat baby is adorable...
I just had to add them. They're one of the trolliest cards in the game and they happen to work beautifully with the deck. The artwork, the flavor, the ability...all of it. They seem so innocent until you realize that with just Rosheen alone you can blow up any two lands. Best I've managed thus far is to pop a Mana Bloom (and a few eldrazi spawn) to nuke 7 lands in one go.http://www.myfacewhen.net/view/1382-you-seem---upset
Hehe yeah, I thought it was the perfect quote for a human tribal EDH piloted by Athreos (aka Charon). Plus, H.P. Lovecraft quotes get bonus points =P
Yeah, "Sad Hippie" as my group calls him is one of my very favorite black creatures. Basically in any deck that CAN use him, he becomes a serious problem for the opponent. Telling someone to discard two cards is one thing, reminding them to pay 3 life or you'll do it again...Oh boy.
So what do you all actually think of the deck? =P
This is what always happens when one of your best buds is a chef =P
Holy. Shit.
Hahaha so what are you planning to make?
I'll be sure to call you up buddy, but you're cooking =P
I know. When I was thinking of cards to add to this I remembered the Magus and laughed for a good ten minutes.
I couldn't NOT put it in though...The card just below it, Mana Bloom, has turned out to be AMAZING for the deck. I can see it doing well in any multicolored green EDH honestly, but in here it just shines. My favorite Hydra in here is Savageborn. I had a game where that thing came out as an 8/8 on turn five!
I honestly don't know which of the two I like more, the spellslinger or the creature spam. I also think Progenitor Mimic might be one of my favorite new creatures. Oh, and lololololol with copying Keiga. Fun take on Riku man =]
Glad I could help =]I know what you mean. Sometimes the best way to learn a new format is to jump into the deep end with wild abandon. Eventually I think you'll all ease into it and then the real fun begins.By the way, I finished that Rosheen Meanderer EDH =P
I also think you have to tap into a dark place to be able to play a PAL correctly. I forgot you love psychology and such. I've had my psychologist friend (who probed my mind for his final project) that I have a "genuinely terrifying and fascinating brain".
Yeah for whatever reason I like to name my PAL lists after dark/introspective things...
Alright, after looking at the whole thing, this might just be the least 'Greathearted' Zedruu list I've ever seen. Arty's list actually does nice things here and there (then stabs you in the back but y'know...) this just tells the opponent "LOL no". With so many instants maybe you could use The Stick?
No she did. Long story short is that we're still very good friends, but I fucked up =/
