Well It's going to be a casual deck regardless of what you do, due to to many dead cards when you don't get the combo, but you could add the turn 2 kill combo. T1: Forest, Glistener Elf T2: Mountain, Assault strobe, Groundswell OR Mutagenic Growth x2 OR T2: Forest, lethal combination of Groundswell, Giant growth, And Mutagenic Growth
Lashwrithe? probably not better than strata sythe, especially not if you have the tomb out, but still pretty beastly in mono-black.
Horrifying Revelation is honestly terrible, doesn't net you any card advantage whatsoever. swap it out for something like inquisition of kozilek so that you can take their removal if you have like a t2 obliterator hand, or maybe their acceleration if you have a slower hand.
I also the birthing pod could be really cool, puts creatures in the graveyard for the Mimeoplasm, and searches up specific creatures for specific situations .

Kitchin Finks is amazing for example, and safehold elite is the only persisting 2 drop. Phyrexian Hydra can't be damaged if you have merlira. also you might want a way to protect melira, lightning greaves maybe?
You've got 22 lands, and 10 6 drops, you need to work on the mana curve.
Also why blight Mamba over Ichorclaw myr? i find that i never have the mana to regen anyways.

Just curious, why only the 2 tombs of yawgmoth? isn't there no downside vs a swamp, seeing as it becomes a swamp? Also, is there any way to download this quickly as a .dec file? currently collecting the cards for my version of it. (3 Obliterators so far!!!!!)
