http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=362303 this is my dragon edh deck well not quite it just has a dragon commander of niv-mizzet the namesake of the red blue color scheme Now to your deck forked bolt is not a good card for commander same for shock, burst lightning, and lightning bolt the reason for this is the board is a lot bigger and slower and the game is rarely 1 vs 1 why do you have all the non basic lands in this deck cards like scalding tarn and evolving wilds should be moved out for basic mountains Darksteel brute is an okay card but a little mana intensive for my taste as he's 3 mana to attack or block good deck though

as is my commander is going to be zapped he's a target on board so id rather not lose an enchantement as well as my commander In my play group people will board wipe if any one card is dangerous other than there's so despite the shroud theres going to be a fay of judgement floating around somewhere
Your mana curve is pretty jacked up not only do you have Tom of one drops you have just a few 4 drops and then mikeaus by himself You need to balance your that out a little or you'll find yourself either running out of steam or stuck with a pair of mikeaus
Bazaar trader may make it worth splashing red so you can give them the negator then you also get cards like lightning bolt which you can use on either small threats are a negator you just gave away
id say add 1 indombitable archangel and 1 battlesphere add 1 oblivion ring id remove your 3yrsmiths but thats personal taste Really solid budget deck build when i have this little too say youve done well
geistflame is not worth flashing back splinetfright would be a good card to add for milling and a monstrous creature Not seeing much of a kill factor here
Also i saw ajani goldmane sideboarded he should probably be mainbarded at your play level planeswalker are basically instant add unless they're really odd
Ok buddy I'm going to rip your deck a new one here but that's part of the learning process For clarity sake put all your swamps in one thing and all your plains in another so people can count them easily while looking at your deck Taste of blood isnt worth the space it takes in your hand Altar reap is only a marginally useful card if your throwing out a ton of tokens which your not Consume spirit is not worth it in this deck as you don't have the mans producing ability to abuse it Gather the townsfolk is a great card you should probably run 4 whenever you can get them Silverclaw griffin cost way too much for stats Unruly mob is better then village cannibals for less mana Demonmail is not good unless you have a reason to sac stuff which you really don't That's a start good luck starting magic
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=357424 You guys seem to know vampires fairly well would you mind checking out my vampire deck it's based around benifiting when anything dies from blood artist, falkenrath noble and kalistria highborn http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=357424
Divinty of pride is going to be a hard cast costing quintuple white for you Cavern of souls doesnt help you really as you have too many creature types Deathbringer liege is not really a solid card here just tapping stuff down when you play a white spell which youll have already played most of your spells by then Honor of the pure would be a solid add for this deck and feldar soverign for a win condition Id move out cathedral sanctifier for more souls attendents and soul warden I'd add suture priests to help deal a little early game damage Oblivion is a must in white decks giving you some universal removal You have a decent start to a life gain but you need to work on killing power
In black white theres also field wipe such as day of judgement, phyrexian rebirth, wrath of god, damnation, killing wave, black sun zenith thats just out of the recent stuff i know of
path to exile is a one drop white exile swords to plowshares is one drop exile unmake is 3 drop instant speed black white exile mortify is solid white black removal and more flexible then just creatures Castigate is 2 drop exile non-land from there hand Go for the throat and doom blade are just some cards in black for additional spot removal on a budget vindicate if you have the cash for it is the best black white removal ever printed imo thats a start to removing someone from the game, namely anyone you used to play against lol http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=347577 Thats a token deck with a ton of black white removal to give you ideas This is vampire deck i want some help with http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=357424
Lose shimmering grotto and evolving wild run cultivate and explosive vegatation to pull correct land fusion elemental is worth being 5 colors here I'd run another alloy myr Over him this is a solid start though
Perhaps adaptive automotive? To give a troll lord and I agree rancor but perhaps Move out your 7cmc card for these I kind of like war and peace here but I feel like trading one or two out for other swords could be helpful great deck though
Wring flesh seems kind of weak for this deck Considering your using mono black and everthing else stops at 4 id trade out grave titan for Phyrexian obliterator Depednig on your feeling about phyrexian mana you may want to run tezzeret's gambit over Altar's reap so you dont have to sack a creature it's a different trade off I'd move out 2 diregraf ghouls for either 2 more tragic slips, or go for the throat or despise's very solid deck overall though check out my deck please http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=357424
Since you like the unpredictability im not going to suggest what you should double up on instead ill suggest some new cards Cloudshift is extra way to flicker as is ghostly flicker, Sunblast angel is a fun card to flicker as they'll be afraid to tap they're creatures for the rest of the game Mist raven or Aether adept are fun cards to flicker every turn as you'll keep bouncing creatures back to people hands http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=357424 care to check out my deck?
As few lands as you run i would run copper line gorge it produces red or green and comes out untapped as long as you control two or fewer lands it would help insure your assault strobe could always go off Also 25 lands seems slightly high (not counting ink moth nexus thats for all practical purposes a creature) Also fallen ferromancer seems a little to expensive mana wise as does the swarm lord there's a 5 mana creature thats a 5/3 infect haste trample that could be run over him Very solid deck thou
I love it when you swing for 1 with 1 creature and then I get to activate both effects lol you and your myr's
Even if this was standard a lot of this would move out of here personally i like the more eternal gem formats also i will list what making it standard would remove 3x Castigate 1x Elspeth knight errant 4x Batwing brume 4x Mortify 4x Path to exile 4x Hour of reckoning I feel like a lot of the cards removed would weaken the defensive half of this deck considerably
Many standard tokens deck's don't over power this as i remove there intangible virtues and honor of the pure with my castigate and mortify which they wouldn't have and destroy their hero of blade hold's with my path to exile and i can defend against them with things like batwing brume this is far less fragile then a standard token deck with far more defensive potential However i do agree with your other point death bringer is just a little to late game to have any real effect on it thanks for your opinion though
