Perhaps cultivate or khalini heart it will slow you down slightly but give you more late game kick

Kor spirit dancer is a must and some hexproof creaute to drop your auras on so that your buffed up creatures cant be zapped and if you drop the auras on all say a gladecover scout you get a card draw from spirit dancer and buffed up gladecover scout creature and a massive aura gnarlid
Canopy cover is a must in this deck actually as it protects against all kinds of removal which ruins this deck
Undead alchemist is a amazing card for mill remove Ambassador laquatus add thought scour remove stern mentor Thats a pretty decent start to a good mill deck though http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=347577 This is my deck if you could check it out

Run lightning grieves and swiftfoot boots because whenever you drop a mosterous creature you want to keep it Gelatinoius genesis could do some damge at 12 or 13 mana
Coralhelm commander would be a solid addition for some late game power and a additional lord Stonybrook banneret seems unnesccary as cheap as everything else is other than that seems very solid and quick
The reason for multiples of a card is prescily for consistensy you want to build combo's or a certian strategy However you find a way around alot of it with things like go for the throat doom blade victim of the night Now on to the sugestions now since you said you only own so many copies ofalot cards i'l only suggest what to take out for the most part I would remove smolder initiate Remove leyline of the void or sideboard it Call to the netherworld seems like a odd card unless theres a lot of removal floating around in your game Lillias carres is mostly worthless in this deck as you only have 3 cards to make peolpe discard Consume spirit is a little mana consuming in this deck Nirkana Cutthroat costs too much to level up for your mana base it would consume your entire mana for 4 turns (one to cast 3 to level up) Skeletal vampire is a bad option for the same reason as nirkana cutthroat Suggested addition of cards Demon's horn to gain life early game more removal (doom blade go for the throat any of them really) The rest of cards you would add depends on what you own multiples always will help your win ratio

lol where im from this is casual quality me and two friends are stepping it up to tournemt quality this summer so even my casual have to have turn 4 wins or defend against them and ya graffdigger is to shut down reanimator decks as well as beckin apparation And yes i own all the cards in this deck i and ill check your decks
I would just make this a commander as is make niv mizzet your commander as is i dont know how much i could help you as this is all singletons and my major advice is to run 4 of everything However if you make this commander i have suggestions

Bloodghast seems unnesccary and despite fauna shama i would run another place set of things you would want to reanimate, And as your reanimating i wouldnt run vengevine his ability is not normally going to activate
Some field wipe could hurt are even some spot removal on your lords I'd swap out Soulless oine for Undead warchief or death baron or cemeteray reaper Really very solid deck
Cool card i like sphinx of uuthen and this is the just the effect
