cloudpost glimmerpost and vesuva tends to make a faster more resilient manabase for colorless acceleration

+1 manavault (very good fast acceleration legal as a 1 of)
+3 mind stone
-4 manalith

Leonin shikari is pretty cool, making equipment a instant speed makes blocking very difficult as what ever you let through might deal triple. Additionally mirran crusader is pretty sweet and holding equipment double strike and sometimes people can't block him.

Also in the spirit of budget decks green ramp

Blighting seems fun in any budget black red deck

well he can save avacyn or aetherling because aetherling can bounce in responce to the boom. But if he has either one he's already winning

World slayer seems really slow, you need basically two whole turns to get it going, I think it would be better as an azorious signet. That will help you wrath turn 3 if you need to and play a turn 4 elspeth

Daze is really bad in this deck because you want to hit land drops for ever, your trying to cast elspeth or jace with mana open. Path to exile is fine it lets you survive and you don't really care how much mana they have

All the differences just stem from running top. With top terminus > verdict and entreat > elspeth. Without it those cards are better

There's a well defined legacy archetype called miracles, that this deck looks similar to.
It plays sensei's top which lets it play terminus as 1 mana wrath and counterbalance as a way to counter most spells.
You may see something you like in that link

Rishadan port doesn't care about basics.

Phyrexian arena > underworld connections
Also cabal therapy is not nearly as good without creatures you're willing to sac to it.

Bike blight doesn't kill some very important creatures in legacy namely
Tarmogoyf
Batterskull (germ token)
Tombstalker
Knight of the reliquary
Entreat the angel tokens (though that's rarely relevant if they've cast it you're dead anyway)

Instead I would recommend running go for the throat, or snuff out

Desecration demon is straight unplayable in legacy, it is too slow against combo gets removed without providing value against fair decks, and can be ignored easily by several decks. Unfortunately off hand I can't think of another creature that's playable in this deck except bloodghast he's not bad but can't swing through much.

And if they try to remove snapcaster you just get bonus value.

Restoration angel also blanks removal spells.
Path your knight of the reliquary, In Response angel flicker knight and the removal just kind of misses

Slaughter games in the main deck is pretty bad though. You give up a lot of ground versus an aggro deck or the smaller side of midrange decks

To be fair pendelhaven isn't in there to tap for mana.

Slaughter games is also very good against control decks. I wouldn't fault someone for running four in a midrange deck

Sire is better at it though because if they don't have an instant speed answer they just don't have an answer

Aether vial seems pretty bad here. You don't have a low enough curve to take advantage of it.
Cyclonic rift just seems really under-powered in modern
Jenara seems like a lot investment for a little power.

I think cutting those for scavenging ooze and quasali pridemage can help you get into the game earlier and have some added utility
