Arcbound ravager is insane. Oh you wanna swords my dude? I guess I'll get a counter. Oh your almost dead ill sac some lands. However you don't wanna see multiples so I'd run 2
Also master of etherium is insane, the only way someone can kill him is a swords to plowshares which can gain you 7-8 life which is actually a lot
Signal pest is also really good as swarm works really well for when you lose cranial plating
Phyrexian walker is just sad it quite literally just makes plating go for 1 more
Steelshapers gift is only okay plating is not always the best option. (For example if they're playing green black they can just abrupt decay or maelstrom pulse it)
This will make your curve slightly higher so is go to 4 mox opal (with new legendary rules they got better) and 4 springleaf drum

-4 phyrexian walker
-2 steel shapers gift
-4 frogmite ( for space)
+2 Arcbound ravager
+4 master of etherium
+4 signal pest
-2 inkmoth nexus
+1 mox opal
+1 springleaf drum

Utvara does not target therefore shroud doesn't stop it.
Shroud stops all things that target but Utvara is based on a trigger so it's fine and it also makes greaves significantly better then boots

Rite of flame is strictly better then pyretic ritual.
Lightning greaves is better then whispersilk cloak, it costs 0 to equip an comes the turn score you play seething song.

Your going to need like 4 more lands to not have to throw away hands a lot
32 lands is really low in edh even with mana rocks

Prime time is banned.
Akki rockspeaker seems incredibly small in the format
Bond beetle seems straight terrible
Quirion sentinel is bad for the same reason Akko rock speaker is bad
Gut shot in edh is god aweful
Memnite is terrible in edh
Cloud if fairies is terrible
Snap, twiddle and in summon are all bad.

Seeing these cards along side have the mind sculptors makes me confused.
A lot of your effects are too small to even be vaguely good in edh. Gut shot will go games unable to kill anything and on most board states electrolyze can't kill anything. Snap and in summon aren't worth cards because the best cards in the format have huge enter the battlefield triggers

Cards like sylvan primordial, deadeye navigator, insurrection and Kiki Jiki are the best in this format.
EDH's general philosophy is go big or go home. High costed cards that do big effects are the best.

Lol that's good and all but with no ramp you'll hit 7 mana around turn 10-15 normally
Palinchron is a combo piece for infinite mana normally

What do you against deck with 1 drops? Why not just go for the silence lock on isochrome scepter? It seems better

Karakas is much worse for sneak and show after the new legend rules. And it never seemed worth sideboard anyway

What's the point of Blue elemental blast? Primarily red decks shouldn't be a big problem for you as far as I know. Those 3 slots in your side could be freed up

How often does dark confidant kill you? He's got 4 shots to throw lava ax at you as we'll as 3 jace.
Also I've heard about death blade but been unable to see a lot of lists is this fairly standard?
Any reason for the split on thought seize and inquisition? Too much damage?

The only real change I can suggest is I feel chill belongs in the sideboard as a 2 of over either disenchant and path to exile to shore up burn and goblins. (Being they seem to kill you preboard. )

Oh ya for casual it sweet I really like it
Also you may wanna look up soul sisters its a modern deck that uses a lot of 1-2 drops and beats with 6/6 lifeline for 1

It would be murdered in modern unfortunately
They drop a turn 2 goyf and your never beating through the goyf wall
In addition 4 of the same legend is bad esp. If its not absolutely essential or must kill
Bonesplitter is also fairly terrible

Even the neutered zoo deck will kill you a turn 1 kird ape blocks everything in the deck profritably, as a casual deck it's cool but this deck currently dies to most modern decks

What's the purpose of archive trap? You have no other mill, and only have's phantasm benfits from it so you shouldn't run it.
You should run phantsmal image insteadits just better. You could also cut 2 lands given that drops your curve to a Max of 3 and then you could run 2 mana leak

Using sol ring to power these threats out is like beating a nail in with a sledgehammer
If you wanna show the power of banned cards without spending a fortune use tinker sol ring and blightsteel (A.K.A one shot robot) you can get a turn 1-2 blight steel and if you run lightning greaves there's a turn 1-2 wins in there
Also take reliquary tower and run cloud post if you wanna stick with the deck as is.

It's a shame red ad white are objectively the worst colors in edh. That being said your deck suggests you haven't played edh alot
The entire format (ignoring combo decks) is go big or go home hard casting legendary eldrazi and what not
That being said
- legion loyalist (takes some work for what's relatively minimal effect in the format)
- lightning helix (in this format this kills nothing just run swords to plowshares or path to exile)
- scourge of the nobilis (your commander needs evasion not a lifeline and fire breathing he' ll be chunked by sylvan primordials an terastodons all day)
- glory of warfare (too small)
- crusader of odric (vanilla fatties regardless of size are bad)
- intimidation bolt (once again 3 damage kills nothing so you get a bad fog here)
- spark trooper (cool ill let this hit me and die all day when I start at 40 life)
- soltari gurriellas (3 damage is slow and won't kill anything)
+ elesh norn (your 1/1 trades with their 5/5 now)
+ Iona Sheild of emeria
+ mind's eye (cards amazing in decks that can't draw otherwise)
+ final judgement
+ hallowed burial (more wraths help you get out from behind)
+ elspeth tirel (I've had success with her she's very good gaining life putting out dudes and wrathing everything)
That puts you at the right number of cards as well
I have a bunch of legacy I just put up if you'd like to check
