This deck is really good against other fair match ups it's much worse against things like storm combo.
It's a meta deck on my mind but it preys against everything but unfair decks

Playing vesuva to copy posts is the quickest way to ramp on lands only.
Your hide away lands will be inconsistent and you will have a hard time casting you colored spells.
I would cut all the hideaway lands play vesuva and the other 6 lands in the 2 colors you actually use.

Drop archangel of thune all of your other 5 drops avoid removal. Also typically your not going to have more then archangel and 1 other creature on the feild so you won't get the most out of the the counters. You can take that out as well as 1 Chandra.
The. You get 3 slots for Boros reckoner right there.

I would also try to find room for 1 more keyrune because your 5 mana slots are so powerful so dropping them a turn early wins games maybe drop 1 of te read the bones

You don't need life gain for bloodbaron
He read 4/4 pro white/black lifelink
The rest is flavor text essentially his list above is not a bad start a few too many 1 of's for me but the idea is good

Also rules thing
Lifelink does NOT stack you can't double lifelink on archangel of thune or bloodbaron.

Armada wurm is also cool except getting the token is a garuntee. Instant speed removal or 7 toughness won't stop armada wirm

Often true tap out lists run 2 of but I have lots of instant speed action so it gets worse for me.

With magma jet 25 lands is fine without it this deck would need 26 most likely
Also I'm feeling adding anger over another win-condition but if I added another one assemble the legion or elspeth are way over aetherling. After a few weeks of playing I'm definitely leaning towards anger it seems to just make the aggro match up unloseable

I haven't been able to acvquire one mainly ideally I want 1obzedat-> 1 elspeth just for threat diversity.
Divination just seems bad I'm often goi turn 2 removal turn 3 removal turn 4 verdict and after a verdict jace is just better.

Where would you slot divination?

2 mana normally protects aetherling for 1 turn I'll show you
Aetherling -> d-sphere
Exile atheling -> in response doom blade
Aetherling dies to doom blade before his exile trigger resolves. So often 2-3 mana is needed depending on how much instant speed removal you think they have

It's exactly the same I'm fairly set on the main board excep maye 1 obzedat -> 1 elspeth
Pro tours show what you would go in with against a blind or very close to balanced meta game if a personal meta game is different tweaks make a deck better

This is my primary deck so I've worked on it for several weeks

I would like to say the deck hasn't changed since either of you commented.
Also you can drop jace with a counter open. He really only needs to hit twice to end games against sphinx's revelation.
Quicken isn't card draw it only replaces itself, it yields no card advantage. With you being off a year it's understandable but 25-26 lands is standard for control currently, the reason is sphinx's rev makes lands decent draws all game.
And I have also attended several GP's and PTQ's and study the pro scene. I don't even know this moose guy he's seems like a strange asshole.

Weird rules loophole. A creature can not tap itself while summoning sick. However other creatures activated abilities can tap it.
In English you can't tap llanowar elf for mana but skirsdag high priest can tap two summoning sick creatures. (He must not be summoning sick however)

Perhaps the only deck I like quicken in With 7 wraths it gets a lot of extra mileage
I like assemble the legion over medomi simply because all the dead removal people have game 1 hits medomi and so really your just making otherwise dead cards useful it's also true with storm breath but being pro white he avoids azorius charm and d-sphere.
This deck looks far more balanced and more competitive the. Your esper deck.
I would put someway to deal with creatures that can't be burned in te sideboard. Turn// burn kills anything no questions asked so I would probably put that in over auriela's fury or niv-mizzet as I don't think they are amazing cards.

In the main deck you really don't need 3 aetherling I would replace one with an elspeth. Elspeth can help you if your behind by putting out 3 blockers a turn as well as end the game very quickly.
Fast aggro looks like it would eat this deck alive as you only have 6 turn 2 plays and cyclonic rift puts it back in hand. You lack a lot of spot removal so your in a position where if you don't draw verdict// can't cast verdict or they make their creatures indestructible in response you normally will lose.

Also only 24 land makes hitting your 7+ mana crds like aetherling (he costs 6 but you don't play him till you have 8) or your other finisher take a long time against control. Which lets them get back into otherwise in winnable games.

Several things
- My list has 4-1 or better at FNM's (fairly minor results but I do have a fairly competite game store)
- 26 or 27 land is actually standard among PTQ or Pro tour esper lists
- quicken is run in 0 of pro esper lists and a 1 of in U/W lists occasionally.

Devour flesh is actually to take of other peoples obzedat'a and blood barons or any other hard to remove threat. I've never used it on myself or even considered it.
I have 10 options I can use on turn 2 so my cure actually isn't that high for a control list.

Last breath is sided in against mono red typically and I assume mono blue (haven't played against it a incredible amount.

Also running 4 thoughtseize starts to give aggro match ups too much room to killme.

My list is based off of a culmination of elements that pro players have been fairly sucessful with. And works incredibly well in practice.

4 fireblast is too many having played legacy burn you really only want 3 because while it is the best card in your deck the second one is the worse card you can draw.
Also Keldon maurader is uncastable at 4 mana try Keldon mauraders instead. Or vexing devil. And since I'm posting again one again goblin guide is awesome just saying
