I think it would be very good if you chose to use it, but it also would shift you to a ramp deck

The problem with heartless summoning decks is that when you have heartless summoning in feild they are really really good. When they don't they suffer. I don't know of a good way to fix it though
Nykthos + genesis wave = play everything.
This deck feels like it wants oversoul of dusk. A lot.
Oh, I checked the price after I said it. Blue fetches have topped 80 which is high even for them. More basics is still probably better then shelldock islands

4 shellsock island is too many. They're probably better as fetches. Hedron crab 2x1 island 1 fetch Play crab pass Plays crab play fetch crack fetch they mill 12. Fetches can tear through they're deck pretty quick with the crab
Decks made for modern, so half the things you say arnt valid, green sun and Deathrite are banned.
I think mox opal is necessary. It makes turn 2 Erayo way more possible
Well considering removal doesn't actually hit aetherling there's only 2 valid targets in the deck. Turning on removal that would otherwise be 100% dead is not something you want to do as a control deck.
There is no point in running Boros reckoner. It just turns on all the doom blades and other things they have in Hand to kill creatur
Erebos is good, you have several passive ways to turn it on. I like Lilliana in the main WITH Erebos. Perhaps over reanimate? Since Erebos bitterblossom and arena, all take life, removing one more thing that takes life could be good.
You have fetches therefore you should have at least 1 blood crypt. (Probably more)
With both Erebos and gray merchant, you want phyrexian arena over sign in blood. It helps turn on devotion, and you don't have any other 3 drops so it fitsAlso hunted horror may have too steep of a draw-back for this deck, perhaps just more removal so bitterblossom and arena can take iver
If you don't draw past in flames you just lose normally therefore you need more then 1 you can find
Btw you can capsize their land and play your own. This can lock them out of lands entirely.
We get the point but most people would sacrifice the theme slightly for creating cool/effective interactions I mean it's your deck to do with but naturally the comments will vary. It'd be boring if all we said was cool deck bro
4 mana bond and 4 treasure hunt? Draw 7-8 lands and drop them at the same time. It's then not 100% land but having 7 manlands on field seems cool
Forbidding watchtower, is kind of non-Bo with emeria. You shouldn't run both you either want as many plains as you can + emeria or you want man-lands
Heliod is bad in white wheenie actually as his ability is just super super super slow for it where drawing cards sells better.
