I would ignore proteus staff which will let you revamp most of your list
Without the restriction of being the only creature in your library you can actually play tron
So you could play wurmcoil engine And Karn and some number of the eldrazi's titans

Ulamog is sweet with a attached vindicate, and Kozilek refills your hand
Also have you considered thespian stage?
Relic of Progenitus seems super bad main deck as does all of the eggs

You curve is pretty terrible though it looks good on the chart if you don't draw an arbor elf fast Aggro decks will simply race you and play past thragtusk (it's not that hard really zealous conscripts and thundermaw do it pretty well)
I like cackling counterpart because its instant speed clone is not but your worried about d-sphere copy thier creatures with clone (they have to exile there's and yours)

Revenge of the hunted is terrible seeing that sucker in your opening hand or first draw is terrible Drop it
Use garruk primal hunter (with Wolfir silverheart it just gets disgusting I think ill draw 8 swing 8 an pass turn heck using garruk and kessig wolf run I've drawn 16 before)
I agree with replacing increasing savagery with sublime archangel (another stupid garruk trick trigger exalted then draw and you'll have a new full hand)
Other then that your good

Dispel? In the main deck? That's really bad some decks run 0 instants (I run 2 abrupt decay in my jus deck so my only insane is uncounterable for example)
Mask of avacyn is just way to slow
Supreme verdict and sphere of safety could both be good here
(Sphere of safety can effectively lock out creature based opponents if you had say 1 martial 1 d-sphere and 1 oblivion ring )
And verdict could help you just beat Aggro decks out by a turn 3 d-sphere and a turn 4 verdict (yes this is correct they could easily kill you by turn 4 if not interacted with till there)

Also obviously Geist of saint traft is good here but he is stupi expensive (damn tournement staples )

primal hunter is amazing normaally as a 2 of he helps you draw (turn 4 thragtusk turn 5 draw 5 off of garruk is dumb)
id drop a olivia and a huntmaster or 2 olivia ive been quite happy with my 2 olivia she's great but a turn slow sometimes
i run mortars over ultimate price as a potenial blow out (trip red is pretty easy)
no kessig wolfrun? its a win most of the time a keyrune or wolf token can hit for 7-8 easily
cavern has been mainboarded if you expect a control meta naming beast
good luck ill be hitting a large tournement pretty soon with my jund list so hopefully the enviroment favors us

Jund is viable right now
2x garruk primal hunter
4 thragtusk
2xOlivia
4x Dread bore
2x rakdos return
3x huntmaster
4x farseek
That's the shell of my jund deck that does really well so it's pretty viable
And as for what gatecrash will bring the keyrune and some creatures may help but I doubt anything to significant

no 4x force of will? blasphemous?!! lol im joking but i think if i played blue in legacy (i prefer to play cavern lackey vial and ignore counters) you pretty much want the full four forces i feel like a thought scour or a spell snare could be exchanged
thats really all i got its a pretty optimized list
http://www.mtgvault.com/trollking21/decks/punishing-goblins-legacy/
this is what im working on to get into legacy

I will go ahead and defend knight of infamy he's that good for Aggro he seems narrow at first
Your like when would I use exalted? When would I use pro white? When is a 2/1 for 2 good well you kind of use all of them
As good as both falkenrath aristocrat and huntmaster both are 8 between them will make this less Aggro and more midrangey which is not where the rest of the deck want to be I'd cut 2 of them and add rancor
What concerns me really is the lack of 1 drops that really for here the best bet is to break theme here and find room for cackler because As is your curve is really really terrible no 1 drops a shit ton of 2 drops no three drops and then some 4 drops will lead to.akward slow hands alot

i've debated it i cant decided if i want double seige gang or 1/1 split
the difference is one my seige gang is a out if for some reason i cant attack and needs no support also his trigger is CiP so he doesnt have to untap or have haste to give value
conversly kreenko just kind of wins sometimes
that and ive considered if i using kiki-jiki as a 5 drop goblin ultimatly theyre all kind of a wash and until i sit down and test this deck for a few hundred games i wont know (i have to wait for the semester to start to get with my legacy play group)

also is there any reason you think any of them should be played in particular?

4 colorless lands can screw you id adjust the number down to 2 colorless lands
entreat is really pretty bad with 4x sphinx's revelation a lot of times itll just sit in hand
i think id run 2 jace over 1 revelation and 1 entreat
elixer or immortality seems unnesecary in the maindeck you should prolly run another d-sphere

But Gideon is kind of my walker just cause m play group had probably 7 copies between 6 people so we all had one or two to use or to trade for him whenever you wanted him

I lie Gideon he's just a personal favorite mostly a 6/6 indestructable is good enough most of the time
Jace is and always was a 20$ planeswalker usable but not great
He's card draw with a planeswalker left behind you get the best of 3 cards and then they have to deal with it or you draw it's pretty decent your anlysis on the rest is pretty close +1 is occasionally useful
-2 is the reason you use him
The ultimate happens occasionally but like all walkers you ignore it in evaluation pretty much

actually killing wave still gets them :p nothing protects you from sac
if he goes infinite he needs neither but i think either are basically the same you land them you win mostly

ive heard of people having a pretty decent amount of sucsess with banneret but i havent been sold on him either but he can make a otherwise slow hand a little more explosive
but thus is kind of my intro to legacy so despite a couple hundred pages of primers im still getting used to the format

You said legacy and any good legacy deck could keep you off of blue for intruder alarm with
Wasteland
Rishadarn port
Stifle (targeting the fetch)
Or keep you off it with free counters like
Force of will
Daze
Counterbalance
An alternate card you could use to go playing your deck is glimpse of nature and its even on color
You play turn 3 after dropping an archdruid you could draw 10-15 cards which gets you another glimpse
It seems like in this deck you could hit all ramp and no action i.e.
gilt leaf archdruid
Fyndhorn elves
Llanowar elves
Priest of titana
Elvish archdruid
Land land and just get boned seems slightly to geared towards hitting Emrakul mana then going for a kill

tibalt is the worst planeswalker except maybe sarkon
the new jace dominated standard for sevral months
also gideon has a ton of uses whether being fog that lets profitable blocks happen or a 6/6 indestructable

also voltaic rig could help your chance encounter go off pretty fast i think i would enjoy losing to this deck its that cool
