I like this deck and the idea behind it, the only thing I would have a problem with is no 1 drop cards. I don't know how fast this deck runs as is, but I would look into speeding it up with some 1 drops and cutting down on your creature setup for more spells (maybe) and maybe cut out the splash of blue.

you would need to be holding 2 kobolds turn 2 or already have a kobolds in play from turn 1 or 2 to get your grapeshot to do BS wonders... I love this deck!!!

why aren't you running quick drop spells that will give you 5 or 7 life? Aside from that, your lifelink idea really looks good.

You should really consider running assassinate, death stroke, gideon jura, and vectis dominator.

You have a lot of mana issues with this deck, first off quad-color decks are harder to pull off, your Sunpetal Grove and Clifftop Retreat will always come in tapped, and the rest of your lands will cost you life to have them enter untapped (have to if your are wanted to run this deck fast and pull of anything). I assume you want to run this deck fast so you should in all reality cut your deck down to a tri color and change your mana curve from there. I would personally suggest WBG because you are keeping the meat of your deck still. I would suggest adding deranged outcast and hamlet captain.

What is your winning card or combo for this deck? Because I'm lost as to what you are trying to do with this deck.

what if your opponent pops out a land destruction card on your only eye of ugin that you searched hard for? I would run 3 not just just in case of land destruction decks, but also the better chance of getting it on the draw.

There are so many ways to pull of this idea, but I like what you are doing with this deck and how you are using angelic skirmisher. The only thing that I would encourage is to cut some of your mana and something else to run a full set of batwing brume, tribute to hunger, and sign in blood to control your opponent's field and hand a bit better.

Not bad of an idea on a budget, but to give this deck a better focus, I would do some research into cards that will beef up your creatures or make them unblockable to be able to deal more consistent damage each turn. Either that or look into just pure burn spells and nuking your opponent down quick. Here's a deck I have somewhat constructed and works fairly well and not expensive that you might find some ideas from:

Mikokoro, Center of the Sea; Bazaar of Baghdad (not a great choice); Library of Alexandria; Shelldock Isle; and River of Tears are some lands that I would consider running

Definitely a slow build, but have you considered steelshaper's gift or even putting it in your SB?

I don't play EDH, but looking at the cards you are running, I would run less spells that have X in their mana cost to make your deck work quicker. Your creature setup seems pretty solid, but other creatures I would consider are storm entity, spark elemental, and arc runner

IMHO, Souls of the Faultless is the better version of either spitemare or boros reckoner.

First off, I have to agree with monoHorror that rapid hybridization is rather useless in this setup. Cards I would suggest you look into would be undying evil, tormented soul, invisible stalker, artful dodge, ghostform, and incursion specialist. You want to be able to pump all those +1/+1 counters out onto your creatures and then stomp your opponent whether by making your creatures unblockable, or run spells that make your opponents creatures tap out or unable to block.

tunnel ignus is an interestingly inexpensive card that I have particularly been trying to make deck around, maybe you would know how to put it to good use.
