I really want to add Brimaz to this when I get them.

Deadly reculse could help with the turtling. Garruk Primal Hunter also gives you options for card draw and token gen to get to four creatures, I think it's a better fit for the smae mana cost as Urban Evolution (I know its not the same on the wallet though)

I'd highly suggest a Trepatation blade and Ghost Quarter. GQ and Mindgrind and Trep blade could add some pretty mean synergy. Also, should sunken Ruins be Watery Grave? Noticed everything else is stzandard.

That's a pretty awesome deck. I've seen someone doing something similar with Green instead of black. They were doing Thragtusks, you're doing Obzedat and Geralf's with a bunch of extort thrown in.

No one nearby does pauper where I am. We did do a standard pauper once and I ran a UR Delver deck. It was a lot harder as standard lol. One thing I did, and I see much better commons in here, is use the guildgates as dual lands (I know there are some older land cards too that are commons with odd little affects). Would those hurt or help this kind of deck?

I love this! My brother in law is a big mono-black control fan, he'd love it too. I'd personall squeeze a 4th BA and Vampire Nighthawk in. I'd never playtested with Demonic rising, but I think you could part with the Predator's Gambit. Consume Spirit would make an awesome win con with Lilly's emblem as well.

Looks awesome, but also looks like October took your Sorin, GftT, and Sorin. Dreadbore might fit well in there though!

Did you make any changes after Ponder, Probe, and Mana Leak cycled out?

Also, it's a bit expensive, I ran a simlar deck and was itching for a Giest myself so I could try a giest/call to the kndred combo. With that, you maight be able to cheat out a Drogskol Reaver

Delver could work well in this deck.

I know you said no on Warchief, what about Army of the Damned even if sideboraded. You got endless ranks, and the combo could result in some really fun end games!

It's going to be difficult to cast AWOL without Mana. I'd consider adding some plains. Also, Other card like creatures might add a win condition. :p

If you werelooking to make this standard after the recent cycle, I run a similar standard deck. I use Stalker, Silver Blade Paladin, Delver, and Fencing Aces sideboarded.

For the artifact I use Silver inlaid and Inquisitors flail. I used Trep blade for a while, but it just wasn't quick enough for the theme. I also use bonds of faith. +2/+2 not only helps with board sweeps, but can slow down an agro deck. O-Ring can easily be repalced by Detention Sphere (well... not if you factor in price LOL), and The new Bluw White/Shock lands can fill in your Seacromes. Personally, I Run a few other things like redirect, temporal mastery, saving grasp, and index in my spells, but a lot of them work with delver as well.

With the mana set up, Abundant Growth might help. My Brother in Law and I made one do pretty well with Acacyns pilgrims/shimmering grotto splashed in there to use unburial rites. It'd let you get that kessig to swing with or even that maniac vs. turbo fog. Might be a great repalcement for the arbor with your mana set up. He splashed some black as well for the out of hand cost of unburial and the flash back of gnaw to the bone (which I think you said earlier you used at one point). We used Woodland Cemetary, but you're basically doing the same thing with that UB ravinca land.

We did dreamtwist and Increasing and personally, I liked dream twist better. Your set up is a little different, so maybe it would work differently, but did you try out the dream twist yet?
