the trick to this deck is that severance and memory target your library, not you. so, if you misdirect it, you get to search your opponent's library.

hey thanks man, no problem. I will always try to help anyone who is dealing with a troll or whatever. Planar Guide is a great idea, but I'm keeping the hellkite, as it is a win condition (it being able to dish out 10+ damage per turn with attack + blink. 15 w/pandemonium, and if I ever get that much mana out, I'd probably blink him again for 25 (: ) but yeah this deck I agree is a bit too slow for my taste. sadly, creatures with "comes into play" abilities which are worth playing are generally expensive.

what I see is some convoluted version of Jacerator. if that is the case, then focus on keeping the Jaces alive.
failure there's not even a combo in this deck.

oh wow this deck is awesome. by far the best deck I've ever seen. how did you come up with this? +1 from me. add tutors instead of some of the lands to get the combo out faster. you have too many lands in this deck in my opinion. that's my only problem with it.
if you are going to land bounce, how about some landfall? overall a good deck, but I don't really see the point here.

I'm keeping the afflictions because it's a burn card that has potential. I honestly try to shoot for 18-20 lands in a 60 card deck as a general rule. for me that just works.
if all of your creatures have shadow, you don't need dauthi embrace. instead add cards like endless scream and dash hopes (just in case your opponent is running burn or shadowstorm). also, Dauthi trapper is practically worthless in this deck, with all creatures having shadow. cards like dauthi jackal, dauthi marauder, and dauthi mercenary. just saying that there are so many better shadow cards out there
add lich, nefarious lich, lich's tomb, and platinum angel to infinitely buff your shadow creature with hatred.
isochron scepter + silence, and add teferi, mage of zhalfir, to prevent spell damage from burn decks. I noticed that this deck seems to be very vulnerable to burn.
I think that Sphinx Ambassador would be a better representative of America. It is an Ambassador, after all.

looks ok, but you have too many lands. I mean really, your guys cost 2 or less, to you really need 25 land? also, I don't like the impracticality and how unbalanced it is.
