as long as you can keep a steady cumulative upkeep, you're good. otherwise, run some bounce so you can bring back the grunt and play it without any age counters.

wild pair isn't standard. also, unlike slivers, 5 color allies doesn't work very well, reason being that there are so many win conditions that you can't really base the deck around all of them. I like to keep to a single win condition, like use all mill or all direct damage or all beatdown. in other words, less allies, select a theme, and add spells to back up that theme. for example, I made an ally burn deck. you can check it out if you like

They replaced Hurricane with windstorm for standard. otherwise that would have been my choice. I guess they didn't need a green burn card.

in standard I think that terra eternal is a bit less than necessary, due to a lack of land destruction. it's sideboarded just in case I'm playing Jund or Naya or something similar. and the zendikons are in there because I need the bigger creature. I don't care how much it costs, so much as I can get it out. I made this just for the heck of it, not caring how good it was.

blade of fire and ice, and blade of light and shadow are great equip cards. also you should consider quietus spike

also, to be quite honest, I'm just not impressed by extended mill anymore. I mean, there are so many mill cards in extended it's not even funny. Szadek, Oona, glimpse the unthinkable, and the list goes on.

you only have 2 non-standard cards. I'd make it standard, and use rite of replication. 5 EXCAVATORS FTW!
If I counted right that's a good 30 cards right there if you don't have other allies. other than that use 2 of each jace and you'll do well.

check out my mill when you have a chance; I'm thinking of upgrading it to competitive. It only has 1 and 2 drops. can you give me any ideas?

a burn deck utilizes cards such as Ball Lightning and other single turn attackers. use more of those and less permanent solutions
