i would keep the combo i told you about with sanguine blood it would be in my deck but i dont have the card but if you can get blood chief acension and sword of body and mind that could be a 20 life steal right there and a 10 card discard by your oponent you might want to consider it for your deck
if it were me id remove bog witch and have four of each of those other creatures take out the 1 of's for spells take out everything except Blood tribute, blood tithe ,exsanguate, diabolic tutor, and consume spirit and keep the enchantments except for festering wound lower your lands to 22 or 21 and try to get blood tribute, sanguine blood, and a creature to tap at the same time out so that you can win with that combo but thats just me my deck is still in the works give it a look http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=154916

thanks for all the suggestions id have to say i love wound reflection and if i can get my hands on some it will be a beautiful addition to this deck and its theme
i like this deck but prefer my deck and think my deck plays quickly as well give it a look Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=154916 and i would remove doom blade add a grasp of darkness and three dark rituals to make your vamps play even quicker ive double summoned first turn with dark ritual and you could probably triple summon first turn with it if you have the right cards
