Dying Wish + Nighthowler is cute, but it seems super narrow. I would rather bestow Nighthowler on another dude and cast wish on that guy, then you get to keep your howler, but even then, its a 2-3 card interaction that is totally dependent on the graveyards being full to be effective. Also, it doesnt exactly work against what your general is doing, but it doesnt progress it either. TL:DR: There are better tricks in Black.

DOmri turns a Darksteel Citadel into a removal spell for much of the format. Ensoul Artifact on a Citadel is going to be way more relevant than people think.

extort is a keyword. keywords do not have colors. reminder text is not part of the color identity of a card.
Wild Defiance gives the deck a long game, which it does not have. if you like being a glass cannon, then dont run it. I like winning games I have no business winning, so I will run it.
Overlord is a fine general as well.
slivers are a swarm archetype. they dont do well in small numbers. Queen helps you keep your numbers high, and I think that is infinitely more important than indestructible. remember: Slivers were very real in EDH before M15......

apostles blessing does not make a creature unblockable. its protection can make it difficult for mono colored deck to block, but there arent many of those in Modern. since this is a budget deck, and not really a modern deck, it might work like that more often, but protection is not the same as unblockable.
Sliver Queen should be the General. Hivelord is ok, but being able to make extra slivers is WAY more powerful.
Predator's Strike is fine, Run Wild is a reasonable utility card, and Fistful of Force is a respectable pump card, with the clash mechanic, giving trample and additional pump if you win. Primal Rage is an enchantment that just gives all your dudes trample. none of these cards are as good as Rancor, or Wild Defiance.
apostles blessing is a card that should be in the sideboard. and even that gets better with Wild Defiance.

yes, those cards force a search, which is why I responded to the Ghost Quarter comment, whis has the word "May" on it, so yes, they can decline to search for Ghost Quarter

I can see some real easy cuts, like Pharika's CHosen and Squelching Leeches. Nighthowler is...OK here, but probably better as land.

I think youre land-light. I used to try to skim lands to be around 35 in my EDH decks, and always ended up getting mana screwed. I think the full 40 is where a deck with green needs to be.
