One year, three months, twenty-four days.
That's how long its been since someone posted on this deck. Good job, Champ.

Couple things for ya, bud:
Your first comment is a question. Questions don't end with periods, pregnancy fears do.
"Wasting" money on expensive cards has been a supplemental income for many people, for a long time.
"Nieve" is not the word you're looking for. Hell, even "naive doesn't make sense in that context.
Nobody needs dating advice from a 14 year old.

Thanks for playing, back to the playground with you.

Congregation simply enables the combo. sometimes it just finds you bullets, at a better rate than Chord.

too many tokens for it to be really good, and the buff only applies to creatures on the BF when it hits. Its not worth the slot in this deck to make a few creatures a little better.

Honor of the pure would cause the creatures to ETB as 3/3, negating anything that Sigil Captain would accomplish. I think the list is fine, but certainly wants Gavony to help with the endgame.

also, Abzan Aristocrats is a pretty real deck, and the biggest creature in the list is a 2/2. dont underestimate the power of 1/1's in force.

the only thing it has in common with EDH is the general and singleton rule. To continue to compare it to EDH is to set people up with the unrealistic expectation that this is a casual format, when in reality it is extremely competitive, and most budget decks wont be winners.

That being said, this list looks fine, I wouldnt expect it to beat the top dogs in the format, but it looks fun, and thats what this game is supposed to be, right?

Ktrojan, the deck designer can speak for himself. I doubt very much that he needs you to champion an argument for him. Bud.

does it much faster, much cheaper. if this is intended to be a Modern deck, youll be hard pressed to stay alive long enough to even cast Doubling Season, let alone get any value out of it.

Yeah, TheDzmttsh doesnt know what he is talking about. GuiltyDoll is an established combo that generates an infinite loop, which ends when the oppenent dies.

Its ok, its a fairly complicated concept, I watched a guy intentionally drop from GP Minneapolis on day 2, because he had been double valakuting his opponents on 7 lands. obviously by the time someone finally pointed out his mistake, he was on day 2 of a Grand Prix, and there was no way to fix the damage or retroactively give his opponents the wins, but you could tell the guy wasnt cheating intentionally, just by his body language, and the fact that he sought out a judge to explain what happened and offer his resignation, if you will.

But it goes to show....you should know your deck and exactly how it does what it does.

you have to get 6 mountains and a valakut. Valakut does not trigger on the 5th mountain, it triggers on the 6th. 7 lands is the minumum win threshold with a single valakut without prismatic omen, 6 with prismatic omen. to be able to trigger valakut with a double valakut, you need to be at 8 lands. Im not questioning how Valakut/Scapeshift works, I played the deck for over a year. I am questioning how he was able to win on turn 5 with a scapeshift and no other spells.
