Pretty awesome deck. Maybe think about azorious signet or talisman of progress to speedthings up and they get to untap when winter orb is out.

get rid of isochron scepter. the only thing you can use it with is doom blade.. maybe look into mageright stone or thousand year elixer. also, abyssal hunter would be perfect with the assassin and with the quietis spike. pretty cool deck though >:D

Considering that once you lay down vedalken archmage you can the play an draw almost your entire deck in one turn with playing free creatures and skull clamping them for near infinite draw I'd say that's a. Game ender...

fetch lands guarantee land drops and thin your deck so you draw more threats/answers.
get rid of underworld dreams. you dont need to deal damage if your removing their library from the game. and for creatures, maybe something cheaper, vampire nighthawk with help with removing creatures via deathtouch and keeping you in the game lifewise with its life link. twisted abomination is kinda poop. more innocent bloods, maybe some edicts? like cruel edict or chainers edict? check out my disabler http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=128008 comments would rule

pretty cool, i had a deck similar to this,but i took it apart to build a w/u stasis deck and mono b winter orb deck. this looks great though alot of my favorite cards ^_^
