if you were trying to make this competitive it would no longer be the same deck both the combos in this deck are banned, and if your playing u/b NO, why would you play a clunky slow combo like defense of the earth over, say.., show and tell?

it would be a completely different deck.

"When I first saw this deck, I thought to myself how did crandlex3 come up with such a fantastic deck! I immediately went to cardkingdom and bought this amazing deck. I went to my local shop and placed first with a 5-0 score! Keep up the good work crandlex3."-whitestats

amazing results!
the proof is in the pudding, as they say.

haven't really seen a more control oriented frites build. this looks pretty cool. i was never a huge fan of dangerous wager though, hows that working out for you?

i know theres a combo with 2 flayer of the hatebound that iv seen in some frites builds. works something like this:
Two undying triggers on the stack. The first one returns one guy and then adds its ETB ability to the stack.
Then that resolves dealing 5 damage. The second undying brings back the second devil which puts its trigger and the other devil's trigger on the stack. 15 total when it's all said and done

unfortunately i dont know too much about standard, im more of a legacy player , but this does look like a pretty cool deck either way. sorry i wasn't much help!

dont take this the wrong way but legacy is an extremely fast and broken format. this deck, no matter how refined you get it, just isnt going to cut it. : /

nice deck. not legacy or modern legal, but cool theme.
i would drop demonic tutor because its totally illegal. drop the beseech the queens, whats brain geyser for? drop that and mana drain, add some brainstorm/ ponder/ fetchland tech and your good to go.
isochron scepter probably isnt very good here either. considering theres only a few things you can stick to it.

i could see a more isochron control build, with the dreadnought as the finisher being cool. but as its set up right now, it seems kinda janky

heres my legacy tempo deck based around stifle/nought combo.

if you drop some lands, i would get rid of the terramorphic expanses. there basicly just poor mans fetch lands. how annoying would it be to have that channel and emmy in your hand, one land on the table and one terramorphic in your hand. you play your terramorphic but you cant play channel because your land comes into play tapped :(

if you have the money, don't bother with those really. also forbidden orchard taps for any mana. and so do the lotus petals. so your mana fixing effects are pretty decent already.
