I think he built this more out of pure fun, not a simple, "look at my endless asshole combo."
Plus, as he stated above, it's for multi-player fun, Why is everyone so anal about winning quickly?

At it's core, this is a game, meant to be fun. Yes, it's more fun to win, but hell, i spend hours playing multi-player and my friends and I even use "illegal" decks, but it's the best time, even if i lose.

Lack of Consistancy, as in; you want to be able to draw the same good vamps over and over and make them wok together over and over. Blood of the Bloodchief on Bloodthrone Vampire or Anowon, the Ruin Sage is a good combo, so for instance, maybe run 4 of each of those. Mix in four Bloodghast for consistant creatures to sacrifice to the Bloodthrone Vampire and you're already 16 cards deep and running more consistant.
See where i am going? To pull off that combo, you need to have more of the same cards for consistancy.

Sideboard Suggestions.... Oblivion Ring (for Planeswalkers) and Thoughtweft Trio for playing against a similar creature heavy deck, plus add on Armored Ascension...

I was just looking at it as a second win condition besides the obvious infect win condition.

Silvermoon? I think that's it, or maybe Silverymoon... from the Drizzt Series in Forgotten Realms. Moon ties in wolves, and i believe Silver(y)moon had elves in it... just a suggestion.

I made a deck very similar to this back in October: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=110174

I cannot stress how effective Glint Hawk Idol is in this type of deck, it avoids a lot of removal and it's a solid flyer when combined with Tempered Steel.

If this deck is purely built for flavor and casual kitchen table magic, this looks like a lot of fun to play. Otherwise, i expect people to probably bomb you for this deck's lack of consistancy.
Gatekeeper of Malakir is great removal and Feast Of Blood with as many vamps as you have in the deck, seems like a good choice too.
To add more flavor, i'd add 1 Damnation to deck for a quick creature reset. Afterall; vampires are the damned.

Rage Extractor is a pretty amazing card, especially combined with Mindcrank. If you manage to come up with WUBRG type of this deck with all Phyrexian Mana, that would be evil... I never really see it becoming a tournament staple, but it would be a fun deck to build around and use for kitchen table magic.

Moriok Replica instead of Blademaster, it'll help thin out the deck and get to the combo pieces better. And i'd run 4 copies of Hideous End in a heart beat.
I'd drop throne of geth overall and maybe add Grim Affliction if you really want proliferate. At least then you can destroy a pesky 1/1 while you're at it.

Tezzeret's Gambit is much better than Steady Progress, they can both be cast for 3 mana, but one gives you two cards and proliferate. I'd run 4 Gambit's over 4 progress.
Also, if you have them or can afford them, Jace, the Mind Sculptor is a great target to proliferate with Viral Drake + Training Grounds. Check out my deck Jace Ramp...

I would suggest Defiant Elf to really utilize Elvish Promenade and Wirewood Pride together...

I'd use four Phyrexian Obliterator's over the Vatmother, just the flavor text alone adds to the Sheoldred flavor of the deck...

I would run 4 Mana Leak over your Stoic Rebuttal considering you have no artifacts in your deck.

I would also recommend Scrapdiver Serpent over Harbor Serpent due to the fact almost everyone is currently playing with artifacts.

Last suggestion would be maybe adding in 4Foresee for the 4 steady progress, i understand the desire to get counters on the Temple, but with Foresee you can make sure a creature card is on top for a couple turns.

Overall i like the deck considering it is standard and not too many great Serpents, Kraken, Octopus, and Leviathan's are really out. I like Ula's Temple alot, there is a lot flavor behind it and if you want to add even more flavor add Ulamog to the deck since it's his temple. :)

Glint Hawk idol is amazing when running this style deck, it avoids removal better then most creatures.

Thanks man! My friend runs the Cho Manno and Pariah combo all the time with his kithkin deck and I decided I'd show him the mean side of Pariah (besides Stuffy Doll) and make him pay for using the Cho-Pee combo.

Tempting, but i wasn't going for that much of an aggro feel. This is just for kitchen table magic with a few friends for multiplayer and too many fetch lands tends to hurt me too much when playing against 3 other people in free-for-all.

Thanks, glad you enjoy, hopefully you can put this together and run it in multiplayer, it's fun as hell.

Oops, thanks, thisoriginally was Pariah's Shield and Phyrexian Obliterator, but the speed of just plain o' Pariah worked better

Thanks, I play tested this last night against my friends in multiplayer and it was some of the most fun we've had in a while. Once darksteel plate and pariah got on the obliterator everyone just cringed.
