Thanks for liking this deck. I have one more deck, I just built. It will be my last deck I build for awhile. I tried, with the new deck, to break one of my Favorite old Blue cards. Be looking out for it. I will be posting the link in a few days. Thanks for the support, guys!

Okay. One more question, you want it Standard/modern/vintage/legacy?
I am guessing Standard?

Ran out of room for Card Description.

Card Description:

Sapphire Medallion = Lowers cost of blue spells by 1 colorless. It makes EVERY CARD IN THIS DECK, cost 2 mana or less to cast (except for Time Spiral). Bounce/counter cards in this deck are specifically tailored to Sapphire Medallion, intentionally.

Equilibrium = Your main card in the deck. Loads of fun to be had storming and bouncing/stealing your opponent's creatures.

Cloud of Faeries = Main card that you cast over and over, for the Storm Count.

Drift of Phantasms = Search engine for Equilibrium.

Gilded Drake = He trades himself for one of your opponent's creatures. With Equilibrium in play, you buy back Gilded Drake to your hand, for 1 mana. So, you steal your opponent's creatures and keep Drake to do over and over again. Army stealer. Win condition # 1.

Sage of Epityr = A one mana Sage Owl. A first turn early drop. Chump blocker. But mainly, when he is cast, you get to look at the top 4 cards of your library and put them back in any order. Sort of a creature with built in Index. He helps you get what need, on the top of your library.

Shrieking Drake = 2nd drake in the deck. And who says Dragons are better than Drakes?! He is used just like Gilded Drake. Use him with Equilibrium to bounce 1 of your opponent's creatures every single turn.

Arcane Denial = only 1 mana if Sapphire Medallion is in play. He counterspells your opponent's spell, and nets you one extra card draw your next turn. Acts as both drawing power and denial power.

Brain Freeze = Win condition # 2. Use his Storm ability to mill your opponent's library to 0 cards.

Cyclonic Rift = only 1 mana if Sapphire Medallion is in play. He bounces any nonland card. Helps protect your stuff or remove opponent's threats.

High Tide = Makes each Island count for 2 mana instead of 1. Mana ramp/loop for your Storm.

Time Spiral = Brutal, acts as a finisher. Gets you 7 new cards in your hand with 6 lands untapped. When Time Spiral is played...it is usually game over for your opponent...because he will get you the mana/cards for your Combos. Almost every time.

Faerie Conclave = Land that can be turned into a creature. Emergency chump blocking, at it's best. Buys you time for your combos, just like your Cyclonic Rift and Arcane Denial.

When did tribal, the word, come out. I remember playing around the time tempest/exodus/mirage fading out and Urza being new...I played then, and I never remember hearing the word "tribal."
I came back 11 years later, to Mtg, and now i hear "tribal" everywhere.
I know what it stands for, but did they have that word around, back in the day?

Idea is to give my opponent forest/and then have forestwalk creatures to be able to attack, unblocked.
It needs work, though.

Yes, that is what i have heard with Kazzong...that most of these types of decks ran blue with stifle.
Stifle is wonderful for a deck like what you described.

Yes, damnation is very brutal. Agree with you on that one.

Make them design new decks. Here is how:

1) Find your friend's decks.
2) Build a fire.
3) Throw the said decks into the fire.

Devious. I like how you think.
What would you suggest remove for it?

Will remove the Spirit Links for now.
Making it a more aggro deck, I am guessing. :)

Yep, a deck like this is what my friends call "douche bag" decks. :)

Thank you for looking into my decks. Of late, I have been on a magic deck making binge. And being on here for almost a year, people are finally taking notice of a few of the recent decks I have built. It took lots of me leaving other people likes/comments/views/support/card suggestions. But I have been rewarded.

And I thank everyone for that.

Yep, I am studies to be a High School teacher this semester, but have already put in to change majors next semester to Business. Irony :)

More Irony...last, 20 years in the USA, everyone has been pushed to go to college. Believe it or not, especially in rural/poor places, our parents/grandparents never had the chance to go to college. But most of us, nowadays, have a chance to go to college. So EVERYONE is going. Now...jobs that require 4 years of college, are hard to get because everyone is going to college so they can have them.

And stuff like metal workers/techs/welders are making lots of money. And they can't get enough workers to hire because no one is going to technical colleges now. Back in the day, no one wanted these jobs and they paid very poor.

More Irony for you. Wife loves cracked.com.

Umm...it will definitely be in the creature department that you could sub some 2 mana drops. Let me look around and see what I can come up with. :)

But with Atheros ( i don't play devotion...so not good with the rules)...you almost don't want a lot of mana symbols on the board, right? So maybe a lot of one drops works.

surewhynot's deck:

This guy is brutal at making decks. One of the best on here. No lying. So maybe this deck can give you pointers.

I suck at aggro. But cards to consider that are 2 mana: Unruly Mob, Gather the Townfolk, Cartel Aristocrat.

Good luck.

Interesting, how did that happen?
I hate my life in that I am living in a very poor part of the USA. Never traveled anywhere. Maybe no more than 500 miles from where I currently live.
After years of hard factory work (making mattresses)...i am going back to college, at 30, to go into business.
Tired of being broke/manual labor. Got about 2 years to go, out of 4 years total, to get a B.A. in Business Management.
Sorry...went off on a tangent. :)
A Taiwanese woman and German man...how did that come about?

Dust Elemental shows much promise with Torpor/Gryff. Great call on that one!

Good luck on your deck.
Post a link here, and I will definitely look it up.

A compliment from a great deck builder. That makes me day :)
Thank you.

I viewed...the deck uses Vision Charm, probably the best way I have ever seen.
Kudos to that!

Tempo has been, the last 2 years since getting back into Mtg, the one thing I have tried to work the most on.
It can not be overlooked. Who wants to play catch up every turn/game? Not me.

Those are very kind words, Zaklax.
I thank you for them. :)

This deck will be the last deck I will make, for awhile. I want them to actually stay up for more than a week, before they get kicked off the Hot Page.

And been into the Magic so much, lately, that the wife has been complaining. :) So, need to definitely spend more time with her.

I went back to college...and this is the first time in 7 years where i haven't worked 40+ hours every week (night shift, at that)...so, I have had time to spend with the Mtg world. Making the most of it.

Thanks for the support!
