If i were to add (is there any mana producers that would benefit with Plaxcaster?), something like bops and Plaxcaster...what would you take out for them?

It's hard to get views on your deck, on Magic Vault.
Best way I found, is go find decks you like, and comment on them. And hope the person's deck that you comment on returns the favor and looks at a few of your decks.

Mother of Runes, white.
Vexing Devil...red.

Mother of Runes, by far, is my fav one drop white mana card.
Tough call between Devil and Goblin Lackey with my favorite one drop red mana cards.

Hopefully you will get more views and comments, that way more people can help out/suggest cards.

Do you think Cloudshift would work, as stated above?

Use it on your Splicers to get another 3/3 for 1 white mana. A 3/3 for 1 white mana rocks.

Plus Aura Shards on the battlefield and Cloudshift, if you did Cloudshift on a Splicer, it would get you a 3/3 creature and an artifact/enchantment card destroyed, all for 1 mana.

And you use Gray, very well.
86 black mana in your mana occurrence proves that.

Thank you. Took a lot of Magic searching to find Fertilid. IT works more efficient than Mornsong and Voyage. Good catch on that. :)

Problem I found:

There are only 13 Frog cards that can be put in this current deck (green and blue). Only 1 of them is 1 mana (Spore Frog). All the rest are 3 mana or higher. Not a single 2 mana Frog available.

Frogmite doesn't have artifacts to help in this deck.
Plaxcaster Frogling doesn't have anyway to use graft in this deck, efficiently.
Species Gorger doesn't really help with him bouncing one of my creatures back to my hand.

Anurid Scavenger is viable
Anurid Swarmsnapper is viable
Bloated Toad is viable.
Anurid Barkripper also viable.

All of them are 3 mana.

But you are right, my deck does need more frogs. Sure, I can make sure I have more Frogs than my opponent...but if it is only 2 "Frogs" i steal from my opponent at a time...then the deck really isn't working as efficient as it could be.

Which frogs would you go with?

Devotion with Recoil, yep.
I always tried to do decks like these...with stuff like Urza's Guilt. Could never make it work...pure discard and pure burn will always get through me (my metagame...they are people who play prick stuff like pure discard, pure burn, and pure control).

Exsanguinate, what a bomb in multi! Play it against 4 or 5 people, that is a way to make enemies! :) Might up the count.

Maybe up the Dark Ritual count to 3...since you are low on 1cmc cards? I know drawing into mana ramp, when it is not needed, is pointless...so didn't recommend 4...but i love Ritual, and might consider 4.

This is what my friends like to call "douche" decks or "next" decks.
Cause, when you bring this deck out, they will call you a douche bag and tell you that you better not play it next game. Haha.
I seen the Propaganda for the Deck Picture and had to click over.

I started playing magic around the end of mirage/tempest and beginning or Urza.
Bought, exodus, i think, a pre-constructed deck with 1 propaganda and 1 equilibrium...needless to say, I played nothing but blue control decks for years afterwords. Fond memories :)

Precursor Golem...one of the most double edged cards in Magic...and brave of you to try and use it.
