Ob Nixilis, the Fallen and Collective Voyage are brutal together. And Collective Voyage is brutal with Ob Nixilis, Unshackled...10 damage for 2 mana!!! So, Collective Voyage has multiple interactions in this deck. I like for my cards to have 2 purposes in my decks...if I take out the Fallen, then Collective Voyage is weakened.

Did you see the 11 plus combos? People love combos and overpowered concepts.

See how he uses it, in this deck?
Yep, that is a damn good example of how good that card can be. Surewhynot uses it expertly.
Again, look back up at the deck and ponder over it's usage, for a few minutes, then scroll back down here and nod your head in agreement with me :)

Some of these suggestions may be dumb...but then again, I am trying to be helpful:

Heartless Summoning...lots of people think this card is best friends with Mentor. Maybe.
Elite Vanguard, perhaps.
Timely Reinforcements, could be an option.
Fiend Hunter...?
Cloudshift seems nice.
Lingering Souls has black buyback.
Herald of War, another maybe card.
Mikaeus, the Lunarch..fun with counters.


Planewalkers. Consider these two, for the deck: I hate planewalkers...mostly overpriced mana wise AND cost wise...but options:
Sorin, Lord of Innistrad
Elspeth Tirel

Finally, would suggest artifact/enchantment hate...but that sort of stuff is alien on Magic Vault! :)

To actually be proper, and respond to the deck, lol?, Mentor of the Meek...take notice ladies and gents, this deck IS A GREAT example of how good the card can be.

And the Marsh Flats, if you are on a budget, are optional...and if sideboarded, reduces the deck by 70 bucks.
Just add in 2 more Isolated Chapel. :)

Wondering...somehow...if Heartless Summoning can't be used in the deck. Maybe not.
Same thing with Elite Vanguard, maybe it is an option.

I apologized, Quasimofo. Look at the response above yours. I deserve the right to get upset...I work hard on my decks. Spend weeks making them. Just to see them disappear! I don't have multiple accounts. I simply work hard! Over 2000 comments.

I try to help people out. I try to suggest cards. I try to make people better magic players. That, and making solid decks, that is how I get Hot decks. Not by Multiple Accounts. I have made entire decks designed, with no other purpose, than to help people out.

Hell, only 2 decks in Magic Vault history have more comments then that deck!
And designed to help people.

Why do that if Magic Vault is going to remove another hot deck of mine? Seems kinda pointless. Hell, at this point, I don't want my old Hot Decks to get "hot" again, it just means one of my new Hot Decks, will be removed, and won't receive any comments/suggestions.

And as stated, again, by many people, if the deck isn't on the "Hot Page" it isn't going to get any view anyways. Not everyone spends the time, like me, to comment on unloved/new decks. If it isn't on the "Hot Page" then it isn't going to get noticed, there is a good chance of that one.

I will take one for the team. Down vote my comments. Don't like my decks, anymore. If it gets the administrators to talking, then good, it was worth it. A lot of people will thank me.

Yes, the rant and caps was wrong. Again, one more apology. I just felt like I was punished for nothing more than posting decent decks. Sorry, surewhynot. Ranting wasn't the way to get answers...I know that. And i am sorry, again, for the 4th or 5th time.

I love Magic Vault! I spend hours a day on here. Even to the point of making my wife mad, at times. I get the point of taking my decks down. To not saturate Magic Vault. I do get that...but you have to see...where it could be aggravating and make you mad...to see, before your eyes, one of your decks just disappear simply by posting another hot deck. I don't ask you to be on my side..and i am not asking for you not to be mad that I ranted, when i should not of...all i ask is that you try to understand where that could of upset me.

Right now, my decks are Number 1 and Number 3 (the Number 2 deck I suggested to someone else to make/gave the idea to)...and I will simply wait to they are completely removed from the Hot Section, before I post anymore, because i spent a lot of time making them...and don't want them removed. Don't want to spend another day feeling like i was punished. Not many things give me pleasure, but Mtg does. And I don't want to feel jaded because of it.
It is uber aggravating, but that is how Magic Vault works, and i will respect that.

Emblazoned Golem (no side-effects)
Straw Golem (bad side effec)
Soultether Golem (better play a golem every turn, or bad side effect)

I say that, because i honestly don't know.

Precursor Golem scares me, to no end!!! A perfectly timed Doom Blade against you....scary, right?! But if you use it correctly, then BOOM! I do see the Asceticism and Skin. But it still scares me! Might suggest upping the Asceticism...or putting something in like Cancel.

The Solemn Golem and the Vigil card...they are very good cards, highly rated...but how are you going to get a creature to die?

For creature/artifact/enchantment hate...I would up the Banishing Knack, to 3 or 4 copies.

I ADORE Thran Golem...he could be a killer...but you only have 6 cards that can enchant him. But the 6 cards are really good. So, not sure about trying to up the count.

And it is a good "problem" to have...me getting upset that they remove my hot decks because i make new hot decks. Lots of people would love to have that "problem" on here.

It was just aggravating. I didn't get the decks removed because they sucked, or they stopped getting comments, or stopped getting likes...i got them removed for posting more good decks. And, to me, that almost felt like i was being punished.

Sorry to highjack your deck...and to rant and rave like a lunatic....just seems...i don't know anymore...i get that they don't want Magic Vault saturated with a few people having all of the decks. I do get that. Just seems like they could make a better system...instead of making people feel like they have to choose between posting a new deck that may just end up removing one of their old decks.
