I wish lands weren't so expensive.

Oh yeah, I liked the deck, lol, sorry.
I went on a rant, there.
I love Copy Enchantment in this deck!
And I adore decks that f with other people's lands! :)

Ugh, I lied. I was aware of Moonfolk.
I built a lockdown deck with Erayo before.

In the past, I would play against one guy...when there were rare chances to play Mtg.
He would usually only play one deck.
A brutal discard deck, absolutely ugly. I remember giving him the last Ensnaring Bridge for his deck to be complete.
I would win about 4/10 of the games I played against it.
My blue Constable deck was undefeated against it.
I wish I had 7-8 out of 10 rating/power.
Good job.
The deck he would beat me down with was this one:

Sure you can.
Standard, you can do that!
I don't play it. Nor tourneys. But it is possible!

I never get to play anyone.
Maybe 2 or 3 times a year.
My "local" magic store is 45 minutes away and rarely has anyone there to play that will play Legacy/Vintage.
Most of their daily business is selling comics/cards/figurines/etc and their Magic business is Friday Night Draft.
You just have to get lucky, pop up at the right time, and pray someone is there to play against.

I hate playing expensive cards.
For one thing, I don't own them.
For the second thing, I feel like expensive cards should not win you the game. They can. They do. But maybe they should not.

My two favorite decks. Decks that sum up how much money I want to spend to make a damned good deck. Decks that equate my style of play are:

Lockdown and control. My favorite.
Unfortunately, those types of decks seem to be expensive. :(
They are my favorite, though.
Not really fair of me because Magic is suppose to be "interactive" gameplay.
When your opponent is locked down the only way he is interacting is by saying, "Yeah, I can't play anything again. Your turn."

Like Gitaxian Probe.
I want 4 of both of those cards, but they are expensive!

And should boost Groundswell, okay.
Will add 4 Wooded Foothills.
Ugh...this deck is so expensive, lol.
It was a challenge though.

You can test it.
Here is what I do.
I trace and cut out 60 pieces of cardboard paper (red for red decks, green for green decks, etc)
I then write the name of the card on each piece, and draw a cute little picture of each card.
I then test it against another deck I have built.
Easy. It takes hours of time and effort...but it is sorta free. Just cost of paper and pens. Some people even print out cards.
You see the "proxy this deck" tab?
Press it. It puts all the cards in a printable fashion!

Another way...much easier, do several sample draws.
Play out 4 or 5 turns, and see what you come up with.
If the test draws suck...and if the deck sucks after 4 or 5 turns...then rework the deck.

Please don't go buy a deck before testing it!

Moonfolk? Didn't know they existed! Neat.

Not much to suggest.
Maybe Disciple of the Old Ways.
Zealous Conscripts
Really...that is about it. You have most of the cards, in place, for this deck to work.

All of my decks are casual.
Mostly Legacy/Vintage.
Most of my decks are meant to win about half of the games it plays IF I am playing another Casual Legacy/Vintage deck around the same price.

Please, please, please don't pre-order the card!!
I promise you she will go down half in price, in about 3-6 months.
She will go from 20-25 to 10-15 dollars.

No clarifications. I hear you with Young Pyromancer.
Sounds very solid. And probably a good choice for this deck.

Swiftspear vs Guttersnipe vs Pyromancer seems to be the argument floating around.
I think it depends on personal taste and what you are trying to pull off.
Why do I have Swiftspear in? Good question? lol
No, it is mainly because she is a sure fire way to deal damage, for the most part.
1st turn with haste, and constantly being pumped up with the spells being cast.
Or at least a way to force my opponent to answer to her while I keep casting 1 and 2 cmc spells on them.
