Sinkhole started out as a common...you could have 4 of them...

Or is it going to be red/green?

Wonder, probably not possible, if a Yawgmoth's Bargain Aristocrat deck can be made.

Yep. Burn is too fast for most combo decks.
I could not Boomerang/Counterspell fast enough.

However, if I am playing a creature deck, my deck could be fun to play.

Sneak attack and survival of the fittest.
They were broken, many years ago.
You, back in the day, could get 4 Sneak Attack and 4 Survival of the Fittest for around 40 dollars total.
Nowadays, I think 1 Sneak Attack is over 40 dollars!

If we are debating, let me go on record:

There should of NOT ever been "Mythical" rares.

Mtg is not Pokemon!

Magic was working fine with rares.

And that rule you proposed, is a nice one.
Probably need to run it by the guy that created it, and get his opinion.

Awesome offense, but no abilities.
Will look into it.

Umm...yes, the lands are from Khans. They are basic lands.

Derpmaster, not sure what derping is (lol), but the Khans lands are considered Legal yet, for Magic Vault.
Magic Vault had same issue with M15 lands. Everyone's M15 decks were showing up illegal because Magic Vault was not registering them as Standard or Legal yet. Not sure why they have such a lag. Give it a week or two, and it will show up legal.

You are the one of the people, vanquard, in which I was talking about.
You should definitely let the creator on cardshark know your concerns.
I think we (everybody included) got the ball started with this Format having a chance at making it big.

I do like how, with only 2 rares and 12 uncommons...young kids (and people in college/with families) can afford to be competitive ANDDDD rich little spoiled kids can still play some of their very high dollar cards/decks.

It is unfortunate that the creator of the Format ran into the same problems with his Format, (confusion with rares/uncommons/commons) that he tried to avoid concerning Pauper/Noble/Peasant.

I think, I can not speak for him, that his intentions were that if he allowed 2 rares and 12 uncommon cards...that the deck would end up looking like a Pre-Constructed deck (we all have really been making Pre-Constructed decks, if you really come to think about). Further more, if they all looked like Pre-Constructed decks, they all had a 50/50 chance at winning. That, in theory, all the decks...from 15 dollars to 1000 dollar decks, would have a chance at winning. I love the ideals of that.

But as some people have pointed out, with the Urza Lands, Sword of the Meek, Artifact lands, Sol ring, etc etc etc...I can sum up the problem up like this:

Strip Mine (4th edition) was an uncommon!!!
3 Strip Mines in a deck does not come off as a Pre-Constructed deck you buy at your local Comic/Magic Shop!

So...there needs to be a Banned list.
And a ruling on rarity.
IF a card was first produced as a Rare and ended up Mythical, which do you go by?
Can you use the Rare version for your Aristocrat deck?
Can I use my Strip Mine as 3 copies for an uncommon slot? Or is it considered a rare? And can I only use 1 copy?

Rotating into standard.
Right?
I am confused.
Khans basic lands are rotating into standard...

Really neat deck.
I will second the notion that you need to work on your lands!
And to derpmaster, the lands aren't legal because they are from Khans. They will be very legal soon.

Yep, 16 bucks!
Makes the deck even better when you realize it has 2 rares and so cheap to build.
Good stuff.
