Reasonable idea.
How does it play against other decks?

Evolving wilds.
Need 4 of them, in this deck.
Have the Crab in play.
Play Evolving Wilds to mill 3 cards.
Then Sack Wilds to put another land into play, to mill another 3 cards.

Yep. Works.
And enough stall to help you get your combo into play.

Your counterspells suck, though.
Must be going for standard or modern...

You need "free" counterspells. Like Foil. Force of Will. Daze. Pact of Negation.
Your opponent will try to kill one of your combo pieces, right?
And if they see you tapped out of mana, they will believe it is safe to play a card that does, indeed, nuke one of your combo cards.
That is where something like Foil/Daze comes into play. Or Pact of Negation.
Basically, you trick them into trying to kill your combo pieces.
