Fingers crossed BfZ has a 1 drop mana dork. As well I'm hoping and siding with the majority landfall will be making a return in BfZ which will only add very useful possibilities to this deck.

In all honesty this deck is a casual fun deck (nothing wrong with that) which isn't honed to do something efficiently like most tournament decks. Unless playing against a hard control deck most matches in a competitive legacy format are over by turn 4 or 5 if not the game is probably one sided and the outcome can be assumed.
Your running a bunch of enchantments to put on creatures that don't have hexproof setting yourself up to be 2 for 1'd. It's generally a bad strategy.
Your mana curve is horrible considering your lack of decent ramp like Seething Song, Rite of Flame or Land Tax even.
Your S/b is full of cards that fit the thyme of the deck rather then situational answers for other decks in the format.
You also happen to be running Splinter Twin without a viable win combo like Sunstrike Legionnaire or Village Bell-Ringer.
I'm very sorry for being so harsh, please don't be take this discouraging it's just my honest opinions. I'll happily help you hone this to something more consistent if you would like. Just say what you want to focus on.

Well I like the deck, but your playing vintage casual ( which is my favourite format BTW) so get rid of Mana Leak for Counterspell and drop Terror for Go for the Throat. As well as previously mentioned add 4 Polluted Deltas. You probably should have bought the new Khans ones back in March when they were at their lowest ever at $14. Currently their $20 and I predict they will only climb in price for the ext year or so.

I like this deck but agree with 2123827 that your running to many lands. I'd cut 4 for 4x Mystic Elves. That would allow you to play a Nissa, Vastwood Seer or Nissa's Pilgrimage on turn 2.

Yes but your opp can cast spells in response to silence, as well if the removal is already on the stack silence doesn't counter it or prevent it from resolving. It can still help but it has it's flaws.

2x Spellskite and 2x Leyline of Sanctity are really good S/B cards. I would take Silence out.

Well I would stick with 4x Blossoming Sands and 0 Graypelt Refuge since they're uncommon in every set printed.

Nice pauper deck, I find the format very fun. I'd suggest running Blossoming Sands instead of the guildgate, it's just better. BTW not everyone on Vault likes budget decks, I for one do not.

Nice zombie build! I would cut 2 or 3 swamps for 2 or 3 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. As well I really don't think you need Corpseweft or Call to the Grave. I'd replace with Gray Merchant of Asphodel, but I'm cruel person. LOL

Oh ya, I see your playing Merfolk, gimme one second. Bahaha.
It's the equivalent to Merfolk that Stony Silence is to Robots.

Thanks for taking a minute to check it out and the positive feed back.
I play tested Jace's Phantasm but it just never worked out for me. With everyone in modern running so much removal it never stuck. I like how this build nearly renders my opp's removal useless. I'd cut Hedron Crab for the same reason but that little bugger simply wins me games and is to good to cut.
I've been on the fence about Jace, Memory Adept, I had him then cut him and now I believe I want to run him again. LOL I'm so indecisive sometimes.
Thanks again.

First thing I thought of here would be to take advantage of whites metal craft spells. Like Dispatch as an amazing removal option. Indomitable Archangel in place of Darksteel Forge, it will give almost the same effect much cheaper and give you another beater. Darksteel Reactor just seems cute to me so I would put it to a 1 of.
Just my opinions, Happy Casting. :)

Very nice build here. +1 from me.
I agree with BurtonErnie, I can't think of much to add in this build other then a copy of Vigor for kicks.
The only things that come to mind are S/B suggestions like Beast Within, Choke, Dismember, Summoning Trap, Creeping Corrosion, Back to Nature. Don't need them all just things to consider depending on the meta you play in.

Solid build you have here. +1 from me.
I think you would get more value out of Voyaging Satyr then Somberwald Sage.
As well do you find your running enough Forests for both Stone-Seeder Hierophant and Scryb Ranger? I would imagine 19 would be the least I would want to run.

I disagree with that logic. Settling for cards other then what you want simply for budget reasons, when one doesn't have to makes no sense to me. This is for those who have a $100 budget IMO. Why make it less effective/weaker just for the sake of budget if you don't have to? The only nonland cards in this deck worth much are Athreos, God of Passage ($9 each) and Blood Artist ($3 each) that's half of the decks value right there. This deck is designed around those two cards which have no reasonable replacement. The land base is already bare bones to be considered modern competitive. By modern standards TheSnydaMan should cut 4 basics and add 4 Marsh Flats and the Temples should become 3 more Godless Shrines but that would be huge value.

Well I know that $20 is the value NorthernWarlord keeps his decks under which are all budget. However a deck that wins in the modern format for under $100 is true to the definition of the actual word, budget. Regardless of that fact this is a very good deck especially considering it's low value. Personally I don't even like "budget" decks, I don't see the point pissing around not using the most efficient cards for any given thyme/idea. Which is the main reason I don't play a lot of standard. It's too limiting.

Scry lands are great in a casual format but this is modern and you just can't put yourself back a turn by having your lands enter tapped IMO. Ponder, it's simply not legal.

I agree with this, there is a ton of removal in modern and it will shut this deck down. I'd suggest running Canopy Cover in place of Rouse the Mob. Speaking of removal finding place for 4x Lightning Bolt never hurts. You could easily go to 18 lands as well since your only running 4, 2 cmc (7 if you add the Canopy Cover) and the rest being 1 cmc, IMO.
