Arid Mesa would be better than Scalding Tarn.
Try bring the main deck down to 60 cards. You can only have 15 cards in your sideboard.
So you didn't want there to be an infinite combo? I suggest trying to get some protection for your enchantments or a way of recycling the ones in your grace.
I'd take out 2 plains for 2 Gavony Township.

It requires 7 plains for its trigger. You will not get the trigger until your ninth turn in this deck. Considering it comes in tapped and that modern is a very fast format I only see it slowing this deck down.
It's not as good as you think it is. I wouldn't even run it in this deck.

Do they have protection from lands? Progenitus does.
Swords from Mirrodin and Skullclamp are some of the best equipment in all of magic.
I don't think Echo Mage is very effective in this.
Why the Primeval Titan? I understand that you may not have updated it yet for the ban list but your general isn't even green.

Favorable winds, Geist of Saint Traft, and Geist-Honored Monk are very good in aggressive w/u spirit decks.
Dolmen Gate is a very good card for protecting the creatures you swing with.
Use Contagion Engine instead of Throne of Geth
If you're not looking for suggestions and you admit that your deck could be better I don't understand why you would post it for public view.
Go for the Throat instead of Terror.
There is no reason to have Transguild Promenade in this deck. Considering your lack of draw power in the deck I would consider adding Isochron Scepter. You definitely want 4 Vandalblast for your sideboard. Magus of the Moon and Blood Moon are very good cards for decks that use Nonbasic lands in excess. Torpor Orb is another very good card for the sideboard.
