Sickening Dreams does damage to both players so you would die as well.

I would take out Megrim for more Necrogen Mists.
Whats the point of the Zuran Orb? I would replace Culling the Weak with Cabal Ritual. At best you'll get it off turn 1 with a lotus petal or you'll do your combo turn 2. Next I would replace Tendrils of Agony and Zuran Orb with Rite of Consumption.
Brainstorm and Impulse are not in Modern. If you took them out it would also make it very easy to turn this into an Extended format deck.
I believe you have the deck marked the wrong colors.
SUGGESTIONS?!! JORAGA WARCALLER!! PLAY INCREASING SAVAGERY ON HIM AND WATCH ALL YOUR ELVES GET BIGGER!
I think you have this deck marked the wrong colors.
With running only one Nihil Spellbomb I think you would be better off just siding it for something else.
Might want to consider adding Havengul Lich so you can cast all zombies in the grave. To get the blue mana just take out two swamps for Watery Grave and search for it with Liliana or Korlash.
Vexing Devil and Doomed Traveler are good cards but they don't work with what this deck is trying to do. The deck wants a card that can immediately attack after the Worldfire. Doomed Traveler won't give you the spirit since it is exiled instead of killed. If someone knows you're running Worldfire as your combo finisher they will just pay the life loss for the Devil and you won't get him onto the field.
By the time that Shrine of Limitless Power goes off your opponent shouldn't have a lot of cards. Might want to consider Black Cat who can also serve as a blocker before going off. Another good discard in standard is Scroll of Griselbrand that can serve as an instant.
Mad Prophet will help you draw the cards you need and/or be a target for Fiend Hunter and O-Ring.
It doesn't make much sense to be using Gnaw to the Bone and Creeping Renaissance together. Instead of Creeping Renaissance you could add Lambholt Elder and just draw more cards instead of using the ones in your grave. Or you could replace Gnaw to the Bone with a card like Sheltering World that will protect your creature and give you life.
Soldier Token isn't a human so I would take out the Attended Knight in favor of Silverblade Paladin.
I'm not sure why you have Wingcrafter in here when so many of your creatures have flying already.
You might want to look at Alexander Hayne's deck.
Exquisite Blood is a vampire themed card that works quite well with Sanguine Bond.
Captain's Call does not create Human tokens.
It's not that you don't have what Immerwolf and Daybreak Ranger would add to the deck. It's that having more of it would be better than having the Scorned Villager.
I'm not really liking this deck for it's format. I would make the following changes making the deck modern. Take out the Lingering Souls(4), Skirsdag High Priest(2), Zealous Persecution(1), Ghost Council of Orzhova(2), Dark Ritual(4), Tainted Field(3), Cabal Ritual(2), Relentless Apparition(2), Sign in Blood(3), Caves of Koilos(4), Undying Evil(2), and Swamp(5). Add in Isolated Chapel(4), Conjurer's Ban(4), Divinity of Pride(4), Castigate(4), Souls of the Faultless(4), Tidehollow Sculler(2), Pillar of the Paruns(4), Godless Shrine(4), Mortify(2), and Deathbringer Liege(2).
