Okay first of all i'm not liking the Mindlash Sliver. There are other one drop black cards to make your opponent discard something. A good one would be Funeral Charm and it's an instant. You'll want four of these. (See Paragraph 5)

Next is the Gnat Miser. I understand that if you have multiple of him on the field then he can be useful but if you're running discard theres no point of him being there. To replace the Gnat Miser I would add in Typhoid Rats which can help with creature control. You'll want to put in three. (See last paragraph)

I see you're running the Ghost Quarters to blow up lands. It can disrupt some decks pretty bad. However if your opponent is running legendary lands than you might want to consider Vesuva. If you have space in your sideboard I would add it.

Now about your Korlash. A good way to take advantage of him is to use Phyrexian Reclamation. I would take out two Swamp, put in two Buried Alive, and take out three Sign in Blood for the Phrexian Reclamation.

Despise can be a good to take out a select card but it's not always going to take a card away. I would switch it out for Scroll of Grisbelbrand. While it might be costing an extra mana it will always take a card away and you can use it during their draw step. You'll want just two.

Now because of Korlash, Dark Ritual, and Cabal Coffers you can ramp up. With all that mana that could be lying around you don't have much to spend it on. Using Buried Alive and Phrexian Reclamation you can have access to a lot of creatures in your deck but you'll need a way to gain some life back. You might just want to go for big creatures that will gain you the life. Kokusho with a sac outlet can be quite devastating in multiplayer games while Griselbrand can be a big creature to bring out to the board and then swing with for life. I'd put in the Griselbrand and have a Kokusho and Disciple of Griselbrand in a sideboard for a multiplayer game.

I suggest taking out Scorned Villager for more Immerwolf and Daybreak Ranger.

In my opinion take out the Dead Weight for two more Tragic Slip and another Killing Wave. You shouldn't have a problem getting the morbid and it could mean the death of a really big creature. Killing Wave will also help you deal with massive amounts of creatures and can be an excellent combination with Blood Artist and Falkenrath Noble.

Besides taking out cards? Dark Ascension has a lot of zombie cards so I guess buy those packs.

Seems you want to make a white control deck. I suggest splashing blue in for some counter spells.

I would remove the Grave Titans and put in another Ob Nixilis and Rampaging Baloths. Another excellent card in green landfall decks is Khalni Heart Expedition.

Since you're still using 2012 I would suggest replacing the Searing Spear with Incinerate to stop creatures from regenerating.

Evolving Wilds can be replaced with Dragonskull Summit. Not only will you probably not have to wait a turn with wilds but it will always give you the different mana. Cavern of Souls would be another good card but it's kind of expensive.

Blood Reckoning can be a good card against creature heavy decks but isn't always going to help you. Since you don't have any cards in your sideboard I would add the Blood Reckoning to there. I would replace it in your Main Deck with Falkenrath Exterminator.

I also noticed you were adding some black vampires that don't really work well in this deck so that Nocturnus would be more consistent. I feel that you would be much better off taking out the Nocturnus, Bloodthrone, and Torturer to put in Bloodline Keeper and Rakish Heir.

If you're not preemptively avoiding the shift on October 5th I would add some Green Sun's Zenith.

I don't see any point of having Act of Agression when you could add more Traitorous Blood or Act of Treason.

Your thinking is correct. However, there are cards that can stop this combo.
