Enlightened Tutor is an uncommon.
I chuckled a bit since the first thing I saw was Well of Lost Dreams.
I like a lot of the stuff in this deck. Two cards that i'm not so hot about are Jar and Restore. I think Boundless Realms could be a great addition.
Needs more steam.
Where are the boobs?
Daxos of Meletis is good.
Well until those cards are added I suggest he takes out the white mana.
With the only white card in the deck being Reckoner I don't think you need white mana.

Gifts Ungiven is banned in EDH.
I highly recommend Cloudstone Curio and Ulamog for this deck.
This is incorrect as no player receives priority before the first upkeep.
I know what people mean when they say turn zero win. I was replying to the deck description which is claiming you can win before the first upkeep with this deck.
Pretty sure you can't kill anyone before the first upkeep.
Another good enchantment to consider is Spectral Flight.
Rakdos is an awesome general, he has been rockin' in the EDH hall of fame since his premiere and I'd bet money he continues to!
I was thinking more replace the Striker with a mauler or boar.
