I'm assuming you're with players that are focused on modern, vintage, or legacy formats instead of standard, extended, or block.
Sorry i'm not Darius and all but I would rather switch the Aristocrat for Olivia.
I don't know what kind of friends you have but mine would be pissed if I pulled an Ashnod Altar combo with Myr Retriever. I would replace Planar Portal with Diabolic Revelation coming out in the 2013 core set.
To cast Entreat the Angels and get two 4/4 fliers it would have to be your 5th turn. You definitely want nevermore in your sideboard to stop those field clearing cards. I would also take out the Day of Judgment and put in another Oblivion Ring and Sorin, Lord of Innistrad.
You make some very good points.
You seem to have a lot of high cost cards. I suggest taking out Entreat the Angels and adding two more Vexing Devils.
I don't think the Coat of Ams is really helping you. Strength of Lunacy is a good card you can add to protect your creatures from white exiling cards.
I would make these changes: -4 Dismember +4 Tragic Slip -1 Lilliana of the Veil -2 Go for the Throat -2 Doom Blade +4 Virulent Swipe +1 Vampire Nighthawk -2 Captivating Vampire +1 Bloodghast +1 Bloodchief Ascension
I recommend swapping Death Weight with Tragic Slip.
Put in quicksilver amulet to speed it up.

I don't think you need that many spells for creature death. I suggest putting the Doom Blades into the sideboard and then putting in Sheltering World to help counter burn decks.

Needs more cowbell. Mortarpod is the saving grace of this deck.
The reason R/B vampires didn't survive is because all the red vampires suck. :)
Getting some lands in here and adding something like Evolving Wilds will help.
No offense but i'm not really feeling the whole token aspect of this deck.
Rite of Consumption is another alternative to Fling.
First time seeing Worship. For a sec I was like "Wait how do I kill him?". After searching online I found out that it doesn't do what I thought if first did lol.
