Your humans don't cost much already so theres no point using Herald of War. Clifftop Retreat, Gavony Township, Temple Garden, Sunpetal Grove, and Rootbound Crag are very good lands for this deck. Other good nonland cards for Naya Humans are Mayor of Avabruck, Rancor, Knight of Glory, Houndmaster of the Fells, and Avacyn's Pilgrim.

If you're running 4 basilisk collars you should use red in your deck for Captain and Olivia. If you're wondering what cards to replace for them i'd suggest the Assassin and Mirri.
I wouldn't use this in legacy unless you're playing casually. A very solid mono black card is Cabal Coffers.
Unless the other people you're playing with are very skilled this looks more like one of the worst multiplayer decks.
I would take out Garruk, 1 Detention Sphere, 1 Zegana, and add in 2 Dissipate with 2 Urban Evolutions.
Isolated Chapel and Godless Shrine are not budget cards.
Pretty solid. If you're not working with a budget I suggest testing Sphinx's Revelation.
Some cards to consider are Angel of Serenity, Restoration Angel, Garruk Relentless, Soul of the Harvest, Harvester of Souls, Gutter Grime, Augur of Skulls, and Butcher of Malakir. The deck is already pretty good.
Try less single cards in your deck. A good vampire I would recommend looking into is Gatekeeper of Malakir.
I don't think Pierced Heart is doing much good in this deck. I would consider taking it out for a card like Vampire Nocturnus. If you want to keep in the Pierced Heart than I suggest you look into Bloodlord of Vaasgoth as an addition to the deck.
Some awesome cards you could try adding are Gavony Township, Safe Passage, Fiend Hunter and Temple Garden.
Sideboards aren't allowed in Tribal but cool deck anyway dude.
They use Glimpse of Nature and 0 drop creatures to mill themselves out and win with Lab Maniac. Their deck isn't perfect but thats the main idea.

You want more lands that will give you any mana. The swamps can stay for Liliana but you might want to replace the others with the Vivid lands.
Why not replace your Dark Depths with an Emrakul? Splashing black for tutors is also something you could consider.
You don't have your general in the Main Deck or Sideboard. Most people familiar with EDH will know who it is but not everyone who views this.
