Cremate is to exile problem cards like the Eldrazi Gods.

You probably don't want four Jarad. Since he is a legendary creature and you can bring him back to your hand I think two or at most three would be a better number.

Instead of Doom Blade you might want to consider Go for the Throat. You're usually going to be facing more black decks than you are artifact decks.

Instead of the Guildmage I would use a Snapcaster Mage. Also I think that Niv is too much mana and Jace isn't powerful enough. I would take them out for 2 more Izzet Charms and another Cyclonic Rift.

Nivmagus Elemental is a great sideboard card against other blue control decks. You said you don't have problems against other Izzet players so I guess thats up to you.

I really like the deck and can tell you put some thought into it. I am a little unsure about the Slumbering Dragon but besides that it's pretty solid. I'm guessing you're not using more Bonfire of the Damned because of how expensive it is.

Mirran Crusader is a good card that you could take Edgewright out for.

Instead of Altar's Reap and Jarad's Orders use Grisly Salvage imo.

I feel Curse of Death's Hold is more of a sideboard card that you would use against decks that swarm the field. Server the Bloodline is also more of a sideboard card that you would use against a token deck. I would replace those cards with Stromkirk Captain and Vampire Nighthawk. The first strike, deathtouch, and +1/+1 will make up for the control lost by removing Server and Curse.

I would take out the Lotus Petal so this isn't legacy format anymore.

Taking out one land probably wouldn't hurt. If you think what you have is good than don't change anything.

Since your deck puts so many +1/+1 counters on creatures I suggest putting in a Cauldron of Souls to give them persist.

I don't know why anyone would play this in Modern considering it's not legal in that format.

That being said I hope you have fun playing this deck!

I would at least take out the trees.

Dauros312 is right. Any good Eternal Format deck would crush this one.

You have a lot of one drops in the deck. I would consider taking one of them out like Hunted Ghoul and replacing it with Cemetary reaper.
