This looks like all kinds of fun to play. I love lock decks because it's so fun watching everyone want to kill you but you're actually keeping everyone from outright killing each other and then when the lock finally ends it's absolute chaos as everyone goes for the kill.

SAME! Exactly the same. Wait why are there mountains? xD A mistake I assume.
It reminds me of my esper Democracy deck. The entire deck is filled with things that greatly benefit me but can be stopped if a player decides to pay up a little and stop it. Add in the Will of the Council keyword (to include the new Council's Dilemma mechanic from Conspiracy 2 once I can get my hands on the set) and it gets really fun as everyone but me becomes the enemy. I'm only the mediator.
