XD i posted that when you were at 50 cards :P I guess you hit the pubic button whist you were still building this? >.<

anyway cutting down cards....

ID cut reveler, the festering goblins, ragamuffin and the raving dead...also reap as you don't need it with clamps in your deck..... id add two more of the diagraf ghoul and two more blackblade, mainly for that mana ramp ability. And id swap out patriarch's blessing for cruel revival and cut it down to two, and id get rid of the doors and run innocent blood, and id just have four grave-crawler and no undead gladiator. I see you have unbreathing horde in your sb, id put in three and take out your soulless ones.

All this is how i would build the deck and its not mine, its yours. A deck represents allot about the person that plays it and the deck they play against... do your friends have lots of cards that destroy all creatures on the battlefield allot?

tron and storm are deck types. Tron plays a set of three land that produce 8 mana when they are on the field together, and storm is a mechanic that copies a spell for each spell resolved before it that turn. Both have decks built around them.

You might want to look up the lists for those decks and proxy them. Just to see how yours does.

legacy has one advantage tough. crystalline sliver.... diffusion just doesn't do as well... also the more i look at this deck the more i wish i was a toolkit deck only having multiples of predatory, bone splitter, and mana weft/gemhide and homing...

fun, but really risky. You benift from the semetical effects far more. BUT ONLY if you keep lost but seeking alive... and with all the extra draw they have... well lets just say you NEED to have rainshaper out first..or they are just going to kill azura every time..

This is the closest thing to being a competitve budget modern deck ive seen in a while. And as its playing blue it should have annul in the SB though, to stop RIp.

Another good deck swarmer! Your one of the most underrated deck builders on here!

As for getting rid of some 3 mana spells... id say replace ray of dissolution with revoke existence.

I'm not the best player in the world! but i can advise you a bit i guess...

Allot of your guys seem have heroic, what id do is id try and get more of those and focus your deck around triggering them allot. Cards like defiant strike and chosen by Heliod are great for that as they draw you a card! Another great one is launch the fleet that gives you lots of little guys and allows you to trigger your heroic at the same time. So going for heroic seems like a fun plan! IF you like that idea try to get hold of a few fabled heroes, laguna band trailblazers and heroes of Iroas

I agree that Eslpeth is a great card that wins games and she is fine in this deck... but the decks that allow her to win every time she comes down are called "esper control" decks.. here's a link to an example! http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/esper-control-standard-theros-2/ Esper control decks are REALLY expensive to build X_X so if you like that deck then id save up some money and buy it slowly OR enter some events and try and win the cards! :D

well another 100 handed one instead of the silent artisan, and vanquish the foul with valorous stance. Id start there then post on here when you work out what your favorite cards in the deck are?

Remember that the haste effect from heart sliver means that you can tap your slivers for mana as you play them :P

I far prefer you verson of the deck to the origonal.

Though i do wonder why you are running secure the wastes.... most of the time isnt it just going to be the same price as a outburst, but one less dude...

Instant speed may be relevant though... leave it up for counters, when your opponent goes to end pump out 5 guys drop ascendancy and play anticipate in declare blockers with conterspell backup.....ye i see where this is going...

I think you should get rind of expemlars the charms in the sb though.

Soild place to start for a first deck. I bet it wins you games with you and your friends!

The thing with this deck is i can suggest cards.. but thats only worth it if you have a local game store you can go and trade at...

that works if he wants to keep the deck more aggro... but that swing only happens if he gets Atraka into the grave. right?

The advice here is good... but in the spirt of the deck would it not also be a good idea to drop red and spash white by replacing two of the basic forests with the G/W fetch and replace a swamp with a planes and put in two of the new dromoka?

Ah this deck idea, i can tell you after i beat my friend he made this deck saying things like "ill make you concide!"... it was just erm...a little slow....by a little i mean without tinker he didnt get the effect to go off ever... and no one would play him if he had added that fastmana, unless we were allowed it as-well.

The idea is fun but just isn't playable. (barring the use of cards like solring)..I would not reccmned paying the money for this deck. Don't bealve me? play it against mono red.

Id main at least one indestructible effect. to protect angel from wrath of god as the ward DOES NOT stop effects such as wrath of god.

Cards that this stat dies to are.

(highlyplayed)
editct effects[devour flesh, geth's verdeict, ect ect]
Tremunus

(underplayed)
worldpurge
gaze of granite
chaos warp
scrambleverse

Its a good casual but the money that it would take to build it is rather high... id proxy this deck using the proxy button on the middle right of the page.

not sure if this kind of effect is a thing BUT i would replace two manaweft with two copies of gemhide as some cards like bile blight and echoing truth affect cards of the "same name"....

Hope this helps, though I'm sure its meta dependant.

I would also cut the feeds from the sb and add in quick sliver. It allows you to play slivers end step and .....*edit* don't worry about this the main reason to add this guy was to use crystalline as a counter-spell, only hivelord works like that in this deck.
