Though the concept is good the bracers don't copy your commder's ability, the artefact you are looking for is the Strionic Resonator, swap those out and you are good to go.

OH the reason it doesn't work is because the gauntlets say ACTIVVATED, but the resonator says TRIGGERD, they are slightly different but nevertheless different.

How long you have been playing doesn't matter really. Becky from my playgroup started in theros and now is going to a PTQ!

Cheap simple and effective. The human sacrifice deck with the necromancer placed highly in my FNM when it was in standard.

Sinse the banning of cruse/dig infect has got a lot less constant... though this build does fix allot of that.

though I like this allot better,

nut hand I assume is:-

chancellor , mutagenic growth x2, guide, strobe, swipe. and you have 8 ways to craft into that . . . this deck is as scary as it needs to be I feel XD

Right, but I was thinking of moving the myr to the side most of the time hand having the slyblade in the main... but then we are getting into what WE would do with the deck rather than this deck, so your right. As it stands reap is better here.

If its for casual play with no SB, then its really good.
Its power level is fair if a little inconstant and it has enough variance in what it does to keep it interesting.

If you ever get board with this build though you can always splash some thing like Shepherd, of the lost and Requiem Angel of the lost with wrath of god, and day of judgement. :D

There is some more angel based fun for you. :3

Though if you ever decide to quit magic you have a bit of a nest egg in that archangel of thune. that thing costs SO MUCH for modern decks!

After thinking about it also... Is bitter revelation ok here? Is it better than altar's reap? it drops two in the bin draws two like reap... :/

What do other people think?

Good Idea, but then this deck slows down and moves towards more of a toolbox deck for the flayer, whereas right now it can function on its own. I would place all of the guys mentioned so far into the SB, to adjust for the deck your playing against, along with Xathrid Slyblade for when your opponent is playing targeted bounce or exile effects, and hover myr so that he can have vigilance and attack and defend when you are in a tight spot :D

ALSO 900th POST WOO!

your right, hysteria is a two card combo with the 0 mana dorks but chancellor works on its own.

I feel this deck is really good but could do with some play testing to slim down everything that doesn't quite fit. How much play testing have you done with it so far?

right, so what do we take out for the manamorphose?

As that was the problem I also saw with the combo XD I just wanted him to spot it rather than me say it myself *facepalm*

It does seem like a fun casual deck, the amount of kill spells is good and all the double black mana symbols really power up gary. Good job on your first deck. ALSO, if you wanted to trade something from here id trade your downfalls now, as they are going down in value very soon. You might even be able to trade both for an entire new deck!

actually I lie! things like Wisk away and griptide allow you to put creatures to the top of your opponents library, that's another way to manipulate it.

your right about that, and you know your meta better than us. I suppose that these little interactions is why magic (with its limited optimal decks) is still so fun to play and plan for.
