Curve is horrible & you play no ramp at all... :) Ok...I'd give suggestions, but about everything is wrong about this deck, so I'd rather post my new tournament deck, wich is also bant & hope it'll inspire somehow... At least, I'd say: Use Farseek & Shocklands!.. Cards you definiately have to drop: Trostani's Judgment, Eyes in the Skies, Growing Ranks, Archon... Sideboard cards: Rest in Peace, Selesnya Charm(if not mainboard), Judge's Familiar, Dryad Militant, Faith's Shield, Rootborn Defences, etc... I find this quite strong... ...The mechanic is powerful... ...I like the set of removals... :) The mana base is also fitting the deck well... ...I'm just not sure about Razzia... The mana base is not stabil enough, but I like the mechanic of the deck... You shouldn't use the Crusader here... ...I'd use Wild Guess rather than Perciption... Make sideboards!.. This is yet the best deck I've seen of this cathegory!.. :) I'd play 23 lands & 1 more Dreadbore in the mainboard... Drop connections & the Shaman from the sideboards!.. ...put in a 4th Slaughter Games(U'll get chanse against the strongest control decks, if you play 4) & 4 Rakdos Charm(expecially against grave decks, but also good against tokens)... I'd play 2 Sever the Bloodline in the sideboards against tokens & indestructible creatures, like Predator Ooze & Avacyn... The remaining 1 space could be used for a 4th Golgari Charm, 'cuz it's very useful, so you can't have enough of it... ...you can eleminate Detention Sphere/Oblivion Ring, Parallel Lives, etc... ...you can also protect your creatures, even against Supreme Verdict & can eleminate small tokens, mana creatures & lots of early game players... ...don't use this much nonbasic land!.. ...in the early game, you could end uphaving only M13 duals in hand & that's gonna' hand you a slow start...
My small creatures are also for early game... ...but expecially for attracting the opponent's removal spells to keep my bigger creatures alive later... I'm going to make a new control deck... ...probably Jund, or R/U/W, where I'll use 6 Keyrunes, control/removal spells, may be some big creatures & spells with X in their cost... :)
Good!.. You know what cards you need the most of... Play at least 21 lands!.. ...you could have an impossible opening hand like this... Make sideboards & put Spare from Evil & Oblivion Ring there!.. Use only 2 Safe Passage!.. Drop Ranks!.. Play a total of 18 Plains & 3 Cavern of Souls, to avoid counter spells!.. Play 3 Mentor of the Meak!.. Play about 3 Fiend Hunter!.. Get 3-4 Angelic Overseer!.. ...it's mythic rare, but still cheap & impossible not to use here... :) Play only 1 Devotion, if you gonna' use 4 Overseer!.. Possible sideboards: 3 Oblivion Ring, 3 Spare from Evil, 3 Faith's Reword, 3 Rootborn Defences, 3 Rest in Peace...

Thalia should be sideboard... Restoration Angel doesn't do much here... ...use Angelic Overseer Instead!.. ... Use Gather the Townsfolk instead of Thalia!.. Use only 3 Cavern, 8 Plains & 7 Mountain!.. ...sometimes you could have problems playing Pillar in the early game with the corrent mana base... Possible sideboards: 3x Thalia, 3x Rest in Peace, 3x Find Hunter, 3x Oblivion RIng, 3x Nevermore... With Volt Charge, you could only Proliferate on the Cackler... ...pointless playing it... 4 Stromkirk Captain, when you play only 12 Vampires??... ...interesting... At modern tournaments, there are decks that could beat you in 3 turns with singel combo... ...so at least make sideboards & use Slaughter Games in there!.. This deck is weak against competative Standard decks... ...what could it do at a modern tournament?.. I'm sorry for being cruely honest & rude, but that is it... ...if your location is not so competative in modern format, than this deck should be fun to play... You are playing too many non-mountain lands here... ...& play 3 Valakut!..(it could be destroyed)... The problem with this deck is, if you got hit by 1 Slaughter Games, or Thought Hemmorhage, or Surgical Extraction after forced to discard Scapeshift, than you are finished...
Other than the curve, I find this a good deck... :) In the sideboards, drop Connections & put in 1 more Rakdos Charm & 1 more Slaughter Games!.. I'd also drop 1 Act from there... Play only 3 Thragtusk in the main deck & put the 4th in the sideboards!.. Play only 1 Vraska!.. Drop Rakdos's Return!.. Add 1 more Visionary, 1 more Decay & 2 Tragic Slip!.. The mana base is wrong... You play too many nonebasic lands... That will give you problems sometimes... ...for example: too many life loss with the shock lands, expecially in the early game... Play at least 6 basic lands, when you play 23 lands!..
