Dispel is worse, than Negate... ...The Staticaster is not a good mainboard card... ...I'd rather run Lyev Skyknight here... ...as I was saying, Parish is not really strong in this deck... ...Play more Vexing Devil, add some Hellrider(awesome with Saint Traft, Skyknight & Townsfolk)... Thundermaw Hellkite may be?.. I think you should run 2 Dissipate & 3 Syncopate mainboard, since you play aggro & you'll not alwayes have the 3 mana to cast Dissipate... ...you also need that early-game counter in a deck like this... ...Izzet Charm is also an option, 'cuz it's also good for burn... ...drop Spear & add 3 Pillar mainboard!.. ...run 3 Mortars mainboard!..

You have confirmed what I've realized the 1st time I tested this deck :) ...this is really an F-ed up fail & I'll take this apart right away :) ...I'll drop the miracles & will add Snapcaster & more counters mainboard...

I'm glad you like the deck! :) ...if this is in your top 10, than you should check my tournament decks (this is actually my friend's deck, that the two of us put togeather)... Names of my tournament decks: Demonic Brilliance(Grixis control/page 6), Eternal Invasion(B/G/U aggro/page 6), Crusade for Freedom(french control/page 7), Tamiyo's Revelation(Bant control/page 7), Midrange Hunter(Jund midrange/page 7), Junky Conference(Junk midrange/page 8)... Flail is all about COMBAT damage, so it's useless with Stuffy... ..you'd need more draw-spells & a little more ramp in this... ...26 lands is too much... ...play 23 & use ramp instead... ...the draw spells are also good at getting the lands you need... ...I like the base of the deck & the idea!..
Haunting is pointless in the sideboard... ...you won't get too much value out of Parish... ...you have 11 lands that could add U, W & R color mana... ...you need at least 12 of each... ...you use a little too much basic land...
I run Terminus, so Pilgrim wouldn't count much here... ...Azorius Keyrune is the best among Keyrune(good blocker/attacker & nice ramp as well)... ...Belive me, Azorius Charm is very nice!.. An instant draw, or a card disadventage for the opponent(as you avoid an attacker, or may be saving your attacker) & could also be a life-saver... Selesnya Charm won't do much here... ...the boost ability is only worth for Tusk & it's token... ...the 2/2 token would get wiped out by Terminus & the exile ability is kinda' sideboard thing... I'm not quite serious about this deck, I just wanted to try how strong/worth 4 color could be in the present... ...but I'm sure, that when Gatecrash comes out, the top decks will be with 3 basic colors & a little add of a 4th color... Thanks!.. :) I play Maelstrom, 'cuz it could kill many, like all tokens of a kind... ...instant speed over sorcery is quite overraited... I don't need Genesis, since I could get hit by a wipe after it & also, my key card for resellience is Prowess... ...Lead the Stampede is better for this deck, but I rather use more Harmonize, since I run important noncreature spells here... ...in the original 2010-2011 standard deck, I used to play 4 Stempede for resellience.......

Good for casual, but for legacy, it's not strong enough... Elves will alwayes be my favorite tribe, since my second deck ever (used 2000-2001) was an elf deck... ...when there were elves in standard, I have alwayes put togeather an elf deck... ...when Zendikar was legal, elves were almost unbeatable... ...sorry, I was talkin' about Blood Artist, 'cuz I thought that was the card you could suggest, 'cuz Bloodline Keeper is not near good for this deck... ...I have only Sorin as other vampire source, so Keeper is not worth it...
...if you return everything, you can win that turn by swinging in with your creatures... ...tokens are there in standard... ...like Entreat the Angels, Thragtusk's token, Planeswalker tokens, Lingering Souls is a popular card these dayes & also Talrand... ...you can even return Armada Wurm's token & get rid of the original somehow else... ...Cyclonic Rift could assist Geist of Saint Traft by returning it's blocker(same could be done by Unsummon & Azorius Charm)... ...& it's most effective with counters.......
...they can think whatever they like, the fact remain the same: You can return anything for 2 & you can return everything for 7(wich is not too expensive in a control deck, where you draw many cards, expecially in R/U/W, or Bant, where you can also run ramp)... ...if you have 3-4 copies, you can use it for 2 once or twice & overload once in the late game, or just overload 2-3 in the late game... ...expecially it's overload is very effective against Tokens, 'cuz they won't come back.......
Many competative Jund aggro decks running Golgari Charm(2-3 copies) in main deck, because of the regenerate ability & -1 -1 against mana creatures & tokens, like spirits... ...Cyclonic Rift also works against Sphere & a counter could falow it up.......
...than there wasn't a worthy judge at the tournament... ...at incompetative FNM-s, it happens... ...when you copy a spell, you copy only the spell & nothing else you do with it, like how much you play on it's X & stuff... ...it also resolves as you cast the original spell, so a wipe-copy effects the same creatures as the original spell.......
...it won't work against Terminus, nor Sever... ...& those are the no1 threats to this deck.......
Sphere could be taken out c than the opponent would regain his/her permanent(s) & I can cast Sever twice.. ...so I only need it, when there are Planeswalkers, or I'll just use it along with Sever, when there are too many tokens... ...you are absolutely right about Haunt... ...I'll use only 1...
Where is your black mana for Souls?.. ...Thatcher Revolt is a trash card, drop it, than add a 4th Guttersnipe & 2 Krenko, since you play his command & Gutter... ...Odric won't do any good in the sideboards... ...this deck is hella' far from being tournament quality & I suggest you don't take it to any, until you come up with a better idea for a deck, or make this worth a thought... ...I think you should make this R/U/W with Talrand, Snapcaster(this way you can use only Midnight Haunting/Lingering Souls is not needed) & Talrand's invocation... ...may be some Entreat the Angels, instead of Gisela(it was a bad idea putting her in this deck, expecially with only 21 land & no ramp.......
