...this deck is lacking removal... ...you use only 2 Bonfire, nothing else... ...you gonna' need some Oblivion Ring mainboard & also Pillar of Flame, a few Mizzium Mortars, may be Searing Spear......I'd take out Entreat, Avanger, Hellkite & 1 Ranger......Hellkite could be sideboard against decks that uses Lingering Souls, or sorcery-speed removal......Armada Wurm is also considerable.... ...many players are saying, that Serenity is better & enough, but the Wurm is good for about any situation... ...it's very hard to deal with & it's also a fast finisher......if you have the time, check out my Junk midrange stuff: http://mtgvault.com/poetmasterx/decks/junky-conference/

Interesting built, but this is not a token deck, since you don't run Virtue, nor Parallel, not even Blessing... ...I suggest you take out Eyes in the Skies, Think Twice, Cyclonic Rift, Supreme Verdict Inaction Injunction & Azorius Charm... ...run 23 land total!.. ...play with 2 Revelation only!.. ...play Farseek, Rootborn Defences, Geist of Saint Traft(amazing with populate/expecially with Rootborn), Intangible Virtue, Collective Blessing, Midnight Haunting, more Invocation & Entreat... ...may be some Azorius Keyrune... ...from sideboard, take out Azorius Charm, Blessing & 1 Deliverance, than put in 2 Rest in Peace & 3 Oblivion Ring!.. ...if you have the time, check out my Junk midrange stuff: http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=410489

...against certain decks... ...yes... ...but in late-game, I get more value out of Vengeance... ...Reverberate is devastating against counter-filled decks :) ...thought if I run only 2 spells like this, Vengeance is more fitting... ...I'll ponder on this some more though... :)

...this is casual, so I have no suggestions, as if you were playing this in legacy format, it' won't be competative...
...dayes after, I've finalized it... ...changed the 3 remaning Visionary for 3 Oblivion RIng & filled the gaps in the sideboard that the missing Ring caused... :)
...you are right :) ...if I use 2 at the same time, or copy 1, than I can shot down Geist of Saint Traft... ...& I thought this was only good for spirits, human & mana dorks... :) ...anywayes, this is not a tournament deck of mine, but I like to test warious things.... ...I haven't made a standard mono-color deck for a while & this type semt to be the most worthy to build....
I'd use Sever instead of Price(Flashback's good with Scour & the spell itselfe is much effective)... ...you run a low curve anyway... ...Snapcaster is not as good in these type of decks as they think it is, so I suggest you take out 1 of it & use 4 Augur instead... ...the 8 land that could add black mana is not enough... ...you need at least 11... ...you have 15 lands that could add blue mana & 14 white... ...you don't need that much... ...take out 1 Fortress & 2 Island, than add 2 Evolving Wilds & 1 Swamp!.. ...when Gatecrash comes out, the mana base will be better here... :) ...I have an experimental R/U/W version of mine on the sablon of the U/W Flash deck, but it's not quite competative: http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=413490 ...& here is my Junk Midrange stuff, if you have the time: http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=410489
I like the combo, but it's only highly effective part is Slime with Closet & that's pretty slow, no matter the ramp you run here... ...this many ramp is enough for spells with 7-9 mana... ...I'd drop a Clone & an Elk & put in 2 Worldspine Wurm... 10 blue is not enough to stabily cast Counterpart all the time & yet, if you'd run less forest, Arbor Elf would be less effective... ...I'd take out only 1 Forest for another Island... ...decks that run mass removal, or any strong set of removal will crush this deck, unless you put some counter spells in the sideboard....... ...if you have the time, check out my Junk Midrange stuff: http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=410489

Pointless to use Bolas without ramp... ...running 25 lands won't help the speed... ...Rakdos's Return is also weak without ramp & pointless to run only 1 copy... Chandra is good for this deck, but she can't defend herselfe... ...Cyclonic Rift is a disappointment for me, as I find it handy only with Geist of Saint Traft... I think you should drop all Snapcaster & add more spells with Flashback to increase the effect of Alchenamy... ...play only 23 lands, use 3 Thundermaw & no Niv... ...& add 2 Talrand... 2 Jace & 2 Tamiyo is enough... ...run 4 Sever, 4 Think Twice, 4 Alchenamy, 3 Thought Scour... ...add 3 Rakdos Keyrune!.. ...in main deck, use Izzet Charm instead of Syncopate!.. ...among the sideboads, drop Liliana, Snapcaster, Talrand, Pike & Drownyard!.. ...add 2 more Ultimate Price, 1 extra Izzet Charm, 2 Syncopate, a 3rd Dissipate, 3 Rakdos Charm against grave decks & 1 more Slaughter Games!.. ...you won't need the extra Sever, if you already play 4 in the main... Rest in Peace is not needed, 'cuz I have 4 Terminus, 3 Pillar of Flame, 3 Feeling of Dread, 3 Detention Sphere, 2 Dissipate, 2 Angel of Serenity & 4 Azorius Charm mainboard... ...each effective against grave decks & I haven't mentioned what I have in the sides yet: ...a 4th Pillar, a 3rd Serenity, a 4th Detention Sphere & 3 Syncopate... Zombie decks fall against this easily & noboddy runs reanimator any more in a competative circle, because it falls to a single Rest in Peace, Tomrod's Crypt, or Rakdos Charm... ...besides, I can eleminate any reanimated threats easily with Sphere, Terminus, or Serenity & I can delay tham with Feeling of Dread & I can return it to the top of it's owner's library with Azorius Charm & than the opponent can't recast it from his/her graveyard... ...so F-U Avacyn & her friends!!!! :) ....... Izzet Charm is ok, but Syncopate & Dissipate are more effective... ...I don't want to use it's draw/discard ability, no matter I run 7 cards with Flashback in the main deck... ...the 2 damage burn for 2 is not a really good effect... ...Ican't extend the "pay 2" thing in it's counter ability, so it's usually only good against badly constructed midrange decks, or as an early - game counter... ...I'll check your deck... :)
Tried it... ...1st I toke out 1 Sorin, 4 Visionary & 1 Selesnya Keyrune... ...put in 3 Oblivion Ring, a 2nd Serenity & 2 Golgari Keyrune... ...the flow of the deck weakened & I started to see, that I'm getting less value with Restoration, as I eleminated Visionary... ...so I toke out 1 Resto' & put in a 4th Oblivion Ring... ...the deck were effective, but still no good flow... ...so I kept only 2 Ring, toke out the 2 Golgari Keyrune & reinstated 3 Visionary & the 4th Restoration Angel... ...it was still worse, than my starting version... ...so now I'm almost running my original set... ...only I toke out 1 Visionary & put in a 2nd Angel of Serenity... ...now I have more than enough removal, 'cuz the 4 to 7 mana removal stuff in this deck is like having 2-4.5 mana removals, 'cuz the ramp here is pretty strong... ...in this deck, my creatures block off the field & most of tham stayes alive for long, because I play Wurm, Tusk, Serenity & also Restoration Angel for saving Tusk, Wurm & Visionary....... :) Thanks for your suggestion!.. ...now I have made very little changes according to the original version, but it has gotten better!.. :) ...I have left with an empty space in the sideboards & I chose a 3rd Primal Hunter... ...I'll use it in case I put in the extra Wurm &/or Serenity... :)
...toke your advice... ...I'm testing the new form of the deck... ...it's a thing, that I don't need many removal, but the deck might would be better with it... ...that Elvish Visionary were just perfect in there & also gave Sorin much perpouse... ...but we'll see how this turnes out...
