Yea, that card is pretty bonkers
Most of the cost is the lands, Diamonds, and Monoliths. If you are willing to use inferior ramp (perfectly OK in a casual environment I think), the price drops a lot. Watseland + Tab + Mox + Monolith ~ $1,060 of the mid value. Cities are another $120, so if you can replace the ramp and the extras (Tab and Wasteland) it should be pretty cheap
I would not play it, as its dead on your first few turns, and is really only good if you have another good card. I would just rather play more cards that are good. Heres an analogy because I don't think I am being clear... Burns {R} Instant ~ deals 2 damage to target creature or player. Only cast this spell if that creature or player has taken non-combat damage this turn. Would you play this in a burn deck? The analogy doesn't work perfectly, as burn has a much greater threat density than we do, but the concept is similar. This card is better in Burn than Mirrorworks is here, as it can be very easily played. But I hope I get the idea accross.
But who in their right mind doesn't play vials in the deck?
How does that spell help the deck? I assume you are casting it on Grapeshot? But if you can cast Grapeshot you just win anyways....
Sounds intereting! I don't think so though, as DStorm's big issue is pure ramp. A mere storm count of 3 should win the game
Hehehe sorry to break your mind ^_^ Spoils is the tutor that seems best right now. Past costs five, and the deck decreases the dependence on LED so I decided a 1 mana tutor might be good. I love it
I've been trying to work more discard into the deck to stop that, plus storm decks are naturally resistant to counterspells. But it can be a problem
Meh, its too slow and not that good. I've moved on from Affinity... I rarely play it any more. Its just not that good right now. Thoughts on this deck?

Hmmm... Those cards definitely should have been used, although I think I'm largely scratching this deck. I think human tribal>>equipster, I'll post my new humans deck, as well as my new modern UR Storm deck, when I get a chance

Yea, 8k is a lot for a casual deck (though I disagree with that price). it is a blast to play though, I've tried it on MWS! Any improvements you would make? Plz comment on my decks!

The problem with her is she is waaay too slow. My 4-drops are Elder and BBE, and I can't imagine ever wanting Sachi over either.
