I like what you're doing, but you need to up your instant/sorcery count. To beat the aggro in this format you NEED to flip delver. You need to get up to 26-28 instants/sorceries rather than the 22 you have. I would just cut the guttersnipes and electromancers if i were you. They're pretty good, but the don't synergize with delver very well (cause theyre creatures).
Good luck!

Not sure what the basilisk collars are for... they dont really fit with the goal of the deck.
Also, whats with everyone making merfolk decks and not including Merrow Reejery? He is easily the best merfolk magic has to offer. He flat-out wins games. You NEED to add some (preferably 4)

Fantastic. I've been waiting for Zoo to come back in modern, and this looks like a deck that can take it there.
Only thing is that I'd go to 2 or 3 for the Behemoth and Overrun. Fantastic cards, but dead in the early game. I'd lose a couple copies and add steppe lynx.

Looks solid, although I'm not a huge fan of the sandstalker (or archwing dragon). I'd replace them with Goblin Guide.
It's important for you to use mana efficiently and use as many burn spells as possible; you dont want your mana tied up recasting sandstalker over and over.

The other guys aren't kidding, you NEED reejery. He is the single most powerful merfolk you can have in your deck. Here, take a look at my modern fish; they are very fast and have a great w/L ratio:

You should replace the jitte (banned) with mindbreak trap in case of storm matchups. And I recommend losing one of the spreading seas and one counterspell or draw spell to add two more phantasmal images (they combo great with reejerys and make merfolk FREE to cast).

With access to that quantity of mana you should definitely be running bonfires and maybe devil's plays.

I have to disagree with you.

Yes, the deck is a little slow, but the key combo (darksteel myr and pariah) will completely shut down the current top modern decks. Jund has taken a hit in losing bloodbraid elf, and thus has been slowed down enough to get that up.
Kiki-pod and splinter twin literally cant beat that combo once it's up.
Storm cant beat it.

Ultimately, this deck needs work, but pariah on the myr is a good starting point. Keep brewing!

Interesting, I liked having lab maniac as my win-con in a cephalid breakfast deck.

This is a good casual deck, but if you want to make it competitive:

Remove sol ring and sapphire medallion, and add things like city of traitors/ancient tomb to your land base. ( Sol ring is banned ).
Remove mystical tutor for muddle the mixture (tutor is banned).
Tamiyo and Rewind are too slow, add force of will and jace the mind sculptor (LOTS of money :p)
Propaganda, ensnaring bridge, and standstill are good to slow down your opponent while you set up.
Vedalken aethermage (something like that) has "wizard cycling", which helps you tutor the maniac.

Hope this helps!

Since you have access to white, you may want to use Enlightened Tutor (One mana tutor artifact). I'd drop some of each of the combo pieces, you dont want a bunch in your hand, just one, so use a lot of tutors ( Fabricate, enlightened tutor, muddle the mixture) Instead to increase efficiency of the deck.

Finally! You've finally helped me figure out how Stasis decks work. That took almost as long as figuring out Stax and Pox decks...

Cradle of vitality is cool, but slowish and unnecessary. Also, angel's feather isn't too good. Drop the feathers and cradles for Martyr of Sands. I'd also try to find room for honor the pure if i were you.
Recumbent bliss and elixir of imortality arent super great either. Try Ranger of Eos to help you get your soul sisters out.

Hope this helped :)

Nice, love the bear tribal decks. Just remember that when you enchant a creature with bear umbra that it stops getting the bonus from muraganda petroglyphs

Since this strategy is only legal in vintage, are you building it for that format? Or just casual?
Cause if its vintage then flash and mystical tutor should only be one-ofs

keep reading the cards. this is a combo deck that can technically win before your first turn (if you go second).

I'd call Stormtide Leviathan a sideboard card; the meta is mostly flying, and his effect doesn't really help.
Id say replace it, and maybe one Sorin and/or a Lantern for Thragtusk. Reanimator can take a few turns to get going, and it really helps to have some lifegain.

This is solid, definitely a scary matchup for 99% of the meta.

And @AlleywayJack: I have no idea; I've posted four (in my opinion) strong legacy decks today... so far you are the only one to comment on any of the (the RUG Delver list).

This site just doesn't get the traffic it used to...and im not sure why
