Good deck idea, but I have some suggestions.

First, you don't really need 30 lands. 24 is usually plenty, even in multi-color decks.

Second, remove Haunting Echoes unless you have something to get cards in your opponent's graveyard en masse. Consider sideboarding Surgical Extraction if you want easier removal of cards that are most dangerous to you.

Finally, aggro decks will probably have you killed or very low on life by the time you get to play your big guys, since your only low mana cost creature can't block. Consider adding some 1 drops for the early game such as Typhoid Rats.

There are too many 2x and 3x. To make your deck as consistent as possible, you should try to pick only the best cards, and have 4 of them. That way you can bank on getting at least one per game. If you have the time, I made a standard vampire deck that I use at tournaments, check it out.

Rakish heir will be Vampire Nocturnus and Blood Artist will be Vampire Nighthawk once M13 comes out.

Vampire outcasts and bloodlord are kinda slow. So is mikaeus, but he's ridiculous so its ok to keep him. You should have 4 captains, and 4 Bloodline keeper. Drop markov partician and get 4 child of night. and for the sideboard, you should have 4 nocturnus and 4 nighthawk

I love seeing vampire decks, but there are just too many one-drops in there.

You can lose vampiric fury altogether if you use a playset of stromkirk captain. Since you aren't trying to make it T2, then you NEED vampire nocturnus and vampire nighthawk. Sengire vampires, falkenrath noble/marauders, and nearheath stalkers are a little slow.

You should also look at stromkirk noble, and bloodline keeper is a must.

Here, look at my vampire deck, not saying its perfect but it could give you some ideas:

Where is archive trap? You cannot have a mill deck without archive trap

also, trash evolving wilds, you dont need to mana fix with one color, just add two more islands if youre worried about being mana boned

This deck needs a remarkable amount of work. How is it on the front page? Not even a legal deck size, and not to mention how shaky and unreliable it is to have that many cards with only one copy. Just choose the cards you NEED, and get 4 copies of them.

You should look into Drowned catacomb for mana, better than darkslick shores. Also, you have way more black cards than blue, so your mana should show a similar ratio.

I'd try replacing dismember with Tragic Slip. also, i think you could find a better replacement for azure mage; too much mana for its ability.
