Diplomatic Immunity wouldn't work, since you have to target phantasmal image to enchant it, that would kill it. To give it hexproof you would need Lord of the Unreal or something similar.

Like many people, i am also hesitant to post on legacy decks, i mostly play standard, but ive been starting to get into legacy. Correct me if im wrong, but i dont think you can win turn one. You cant cast grapeshot until turn two, it requires a mountain.

Also, ive noticed the invitation on other commenters, and id appreciate it if you would look at the deck ive been working on for legacy, its built around an intruder alarm combo.

Since its legendary, i think you can only have one Urborg, tomb of yawgmoth. Also, From what ive seen you probably dont need that much mana, for whatever reason legacy decks typically have less mana than standard.
Even though you claim to be new to legacy, id appreciate if you looked at the deck i made for the format:

Its not a very strong mana curve.. you are going to want to go through your cards, especially the high cost creatures, and choose only the ones you feel that you need, then have 4x of them. This adds consistency and reliability to the deck.
Going to say now that it's not perfect, but you should look at my vampire deck. Especially notice the mana curve, and the ratio of creatures to other spells.

You should have 4x on nobles, and you may want to consider adding R/B dual lands for stromkirk captain, he is really good and can be a game-winning card

First note, if this is mono black, then you want 4 vampire nocturnus. ok, since you arent going for standard here, you should add pulse tracker, very good one drop vamp. Also, i would drop bloodlord of vaasgoth and add bloodline keepers instead.

Vampires are supposed to be very aggro, so planeswalkers just slow you down, you should probably drop them altogether and add more creatures.

If you want you can check out my vampire deck, i use it at FNM and it is pretty successful:

This deck seems to be a little... all over the place. You've got tons of 1x and 2x of spells; what you want to do is just pick the cards that help you the most, make sure youve got a solid mana curve, and have 4x of those cards. For example, cards like stromkirk patrol and screeching bat should be gone altogether, and you should have 4 bloodline keepers, things like that. Also, dead weight is very slow, try dismember.

This deck could do pretty well, but you have to tighten your focus, which cards are necessary for you to win? keep those and trash the rest.

While mine has a splash of red, you can try looking at my vampire deck if you want:

You need to adjust your mana ratio, you have twice as many black symbols as red, cut you have more mountains than swamps. Like the idea though. Take a look at my vampire deck, it is standard so its gonna be a little different, but you may get some ideas out of it:

You need 4x on huntsmaster of the fells. they will win you games, same with silverheart. you need to make sure you are going to draw at least one EVERY game, cause they are a staple.

Not bad, after using vamps for a while i too was inspired to make a deck built around a different captain, this is pretty similar to one of mine:

A friend of mine was locked down for 12 turns in a row because of the venser/ stonehorn dignitary combo. Just know that if you use this at tournaments, you will be subject to a lot of hate.

trying to get as much feedback as possible, i recently made a legacy deck, but i usually play standard, and i was wondering how my deck would do in legacy:

Id say drop liliana for two more stromkirk captains, theyre way more useful. Other than that it looks solid, rather similar to my deck i use at FNM, check it out:

Id be a little worried about running cards like massarcre wurm in a four color deck. Even with dual lands, you just aren't going to have three swamps out to play him.

I had olivia voldaren in my deck for a little while, but the got replaced by bloodline keeper. While she seems like a really good card, and she is, her ability is just too much mana. If anything, you could take out 1 blood artist and 1 or 2 sign in blood and replace those with olivia. The main thing you need to be worried about with olivia is getting mountains to play her. I dunno, i think with keeper, nocturnus, and captain, you have enough of a late game to not be worried about trying to steal creatures.

You may want to drop some of the bigger thalids to get 4x of the smaller ones, just to ensure that you have cards to play and you wont be waiting to play bigger creatures. Other than that, looks like a fun deck, good job :)
