I was gonna say, you can't use Elbrus because it counts as a black card. So if the group is ok with it then go for it I suppose. Still isn't that great of a card however.

Well you have 2 Mystics in this deck so already you can cut back one of them for another card.

Enlightened Tutor, Tithe, Land Tax, Weathered Wayfarer, Knight of the White Orchid, Sol Ring, Thran Dynamo, Worn Powerstone, Kor Cartographer, Armillary Sphere, Wayfarer's Bauble, Solemn Simulacrum, Expedition Map, Temple of the False Gods, Mistveil Plains, Buried Ruin, Argivian Find, Stonehewer Giant, Gift of the Estates and put your lands at 38-40 would be good. Add in more utility type lands because you don't need just plains. Researching mono white EDH decks is very useful.

I think a missed a lot more but I might think of them later.

I suggested more cards that will help you ramp up since you have almost no way of getting them expect getting lucky and drawing one.

You're missing a card.

Faithless Looting is a really good point. I would try to put that in.

I'd personally remove the equipment, it doesn't have much use in this deck and the equipping cost is high (you don't have any colorless creatures either).

Some good suggestions and I think they should look into some of these. However Worldfire is banned for many reasons.

I know this is budget but really no Squee, Goblin Nabob? You have room for another $15-20 worth of cards to put in. If you only want cards under 50 cent or a dollar you can add these in too.

Scuttlemutt
Firewing Phoenix
Magma Phoenix
Shard Phoenix
Skarrgan Firebird
Magebane Armor (when she blows up at least she won't die)
Terramorphic Expanse/Evolving Wilds
Curse of Bloodletting
Dictate of the Twin Gods
Anger (free haste when you discard is always good)

Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle is about $1-2 but you are playing mono-red and have all those mountains. (Expedition Map can help you find it)

You can add these cards and still be under budget. I have a Jaya deck myself (not budget friendly however) and I think you should try to help your commander out a little bit more.

If it has already been suggested you might want to try and abuse amulet a little more by adding in other lands that come into play tapped.

Thanks man, at the time of me posting to cut Tibalt I didn't know this was because of bet. Honestly Tibalt is arguably the worst walker printed. I just pointed that out and gave advice on how to improve the deck for modern.

You could also run Bloodchief Ascension. You seem to have some ways to deal damage. With other players most likely playing shock lands also you could get a free counter or two early.

If you are just playing casual then its up to you how much you want to spend on this deck. If you at some point want to bring this to a local tourney then speed will be key and those cards should be a must. I also suggest them because the fetch lands have been reprinted and the shock lands have just recently went out of standard. Everything is fairly cheap compared to what it was before reprints.

They can come into play tapped or untapped for 2 life. With fetxh lands you can grab them instead of a basic land (very useful for mana fixing sense they tap for one or the other color).

Replace goblin rally with a cheaper goblin token producer or you should add in goblin bushwracker. There is a few other stable goblin cards but I can't thinkof them right now.

The problem is that he discards at random. So less cards you have in your hand the worse it gets. That's the big mistake with him.

I agree, cut Tiblat. Super bad planeswalker and I have no clue why anyone would run it outside of a madness deck.
You want to remove the guildgates and replace them with fetch lands and add in the shock lands.

No you can't. He is banned in commander as both a commander and in the deck.

The only thing I don't like about her is that no matter how many creatures you mill at one time you only get one zombie.

I would suggest you play cards that give you the same amount or more mana than what you used to cast it.

Manamorphose (also gives you card draw, good for helping you get more storm added on)
Rite of Flame
Pyretic Ritual
Desperate Ritual
Lotus Bloom (I see a lot of people use this one, you just need to time it right with the suspend)

Also I would suggest you use Gitaxian Probe (free if you just pay 2 life)

All of these should be at least 3 or 4 ofs in your deck.

N8ce job. I also built my Mimeo deck f4om nothing. I don't like the self mill type mimeo decks so most of of cards to put in my graveyard I pick myself. So cards like Entomb, Buried Alive ,and Jarad's Order. I have mine posted.

If you are going for a swarm you will need Krenko, Mob Boss and maybe a couple of lord goblins to give them haste.
