That reminds me of another reason why I've come to love Dimir Charm...it royally screws with DDFT players. Also, my signature smiley face is there for a reason, I go by "Smiley" at my shop, and with some of my friends. You could say I even smile TOO much =]

I love playing against DDFT...not even because I can extract their stuff and make them cry, but because while they're working on that super-complicated and stressful play, I get to be that voice whispering in the back of their head saying "You're gonna mess up, you're doing it wrong. Go ahead, make a mistake!"Also, Cabal Therapy gave me an idea.
Exactly, it's the promise of mana denial that makes RC good. Iso-Pox draws a lot of its power from the intense mana denial and mana burden it creates...having a repeatable source of card DISadvantage to your opponent is awesome.
Crucible lets RC be a powerful repetitive disrupt, which more often than not warrants the 3/1 split.
I believe it with W//T. I was contemplating putting a copy or two in either my Iso-Pox or Iso-Seek frames...It's good for a number of MU's.
Guh, these decks always make me feel schizophrenic...I like what you did with this one though, actually having full playsets where it makes sense instead of the usual Parfait tendancy to just overload with "desert layers" and use 3-ofs at max.I do, however, love parfaits...
Haha, I'm an Extractor, it's my job to get in your head =PAnd I figured that Chains was good, but when you mention those MU's, yeah it sounds like it'd do some damage to say the least.
I like it man, but I've been finding more and more with both Iso-Pox and Iso-Seek that I only need 2 copies of Scepter. I think you could drop down and add in some extra tech, or maybe even a 4th mox for extra speed. Chains is interesting to see in the SB...how well does it work, and what kind of situations do you use it in?
I will look at this later. Right now I'm swamped =/
Barry White?
Eh...I wish I did, but my knowledge of what goes well with Ixidor is pretty damn limited haha =]
I have to say, I have never seen an Ixidor EDH, and this is pretty cool =]
This deck is so brutal and metal I love it. I'm guessing it's a little hard to pilot?
I've never seen the reason to run seven either...it just seems silly to me. I see why you'd like to use four snappys in this build, as the spell suite is so damn good, and really gains from reusability. I like this man. Seven is silly, but five seems like it would work well =]
I think it's only odd because it's designed to work in a different zone than your traditional layouts for a CounterTop. It does look a bit off if you think of it in that sense...
The three biggest things I can suggest toward making an EDH deck is...1) In EDH, "re-usable" effects are extremely useful.2) Try to build around your general, develop a theme and run with it.3) EDH is about fun, so make sure your deck is too =]The puppy's doing well. He's already grown so much, and is always learning new things =]
I've found through testing that a great percentage of cards that cause this deck issues are in the 1-2 mana range. Mostly the 2 mana range. It shuts out Goyf, Bob, and even prevents Daze from ruining my early-game fun. It's also remarkably effective at slowing down Affinity, at least to the extent one can slow it down =/
=]
It's not that random =]It's the latest tweaking of my current Iso-Seek extraction build.
I have to disagree with you about the charm. I've used each one of its modes in multiple games with great results. The "mill" mode is in some ways better than hand disruption, since you can stop the threat before it even becomes one. In addition, the "Put one back" part allows for the placement of some powerful mana burden. The other two modes are amazing too.And thanks =]
