Awesome idea, I don't know why people who play Emperor don't do more of these. Mine is similar, but with a different concept that allows it to do pretty decently in 1v1--I also run it in two-headed giant. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=90235

Depending on where you are wanting to play this deck, Goblin Sharpshooter would be nice. Not many people realize that tokens go to the graveyard before they disappear.
Fungal Behemoth would be worth looking into for this deck.
Pretty sweet elf deck, man. If you like the Quillspike/dd/fd combo, you should look at dd/presence of gond. You can make it infinite with coat of arms, but I just abuse the mess out of it with Immaculate Magistrate/Wirewood lodge. Also, Joraga Warcaller + Immaculate Magistrate is a wicked combo. Rite of Replication!
I like Werebear in this deck instead of Runeclaw. Seton, Krosan Protector will help your druids boost this even more. Feel free to compare to my deck here http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=136489 and leave any comments/suggestions.
Awesome idea! As far as functionality, I think Outrider en-Kor would go along with the flanking/defender combo you've got working.
I can't believe I'm about to suggest cards to ADD to a 136 card deck, but here goes: Brightstone Ritual Goblin Grenade and I find unless you are really concerned about mountainwalk, Goblin Chieftain trumps Goblin King.
Sweet idea. Thanks.
Contagion engine is my personal favorite. If you snag that and say, serrated arrows or any mechanic for putting -1/-1 counters on creatures, you can accomplish a lot.
Sweet deck--I like that you have Immaculate Magistrate in there, but if you throw a Joraga Warcaller in there, it gets ridiculous. Say you have five elves, and you tap IM to give the counters to JW, then all of your elves get +5/+5. Also, Devoted Druid/Presence of Gond gets you an insane amount of tokens, infinite with coat of arms out. Check out my elf deck here: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=103549
And yes, I could beat this--two words: Channel-fireball. :-)
Instead of sac'ing the artifacts to Atog, why not just tap them to Lodestone Myr every turn?
Some possible additions to this deck would be Presence of Gond and Immaculate Magistrate. This is a pretty sweet deck. I use a similar but mono-green combo in my elf deck here: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=103549 Only infinite if I use coat of arms, which I tend not to, but I can still get 300 elves on turn 5/6 consistently.
I'm pretty sure Intruder alarm would still work with this--it is a creature token coming into play, so intruder alarm would trigger. If it was something like Lys Alana Huntmaster, that would not be triggered by Imperious Perfect, as he is not playing an elf spell--that may be the lines you are thinking along.
This is a pretty sweet deck. Immaculate Magistrate in here would go great with a lot of your combos--using him on Joraga is just sick. Also, Devoted Druid/Presence of Gond is a great elf-token generator. Check out my elf deck here: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=103549
Proliferate brings this to a whole new level.
Suggestion: x4 Energy Chamber x2 Power Conduit x2 Contagion Engine x2 Everflowing Chalice x2 Suncrusher x4 Arcbound Crusher I realize that takes a lot of your sunburst out, but it puts this deck on a whole new level. Obviously just a suggestion, feel free to tell me to get lost. :-)
Empty the Warrens is great, especially if you can storm the mess out of it. Brightstone Ritual helps with that. Wort, Boggart Auntie is nice too, to grab back Goblins you've devoured, or a Boggart Shenanigans that's been naturalized. This deck is also begging for a Dragonmaster Outcast, if you wanna drop the money for him. I will sometimes take my Goblin Deck here http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=135495 and fuse it with my Jund deck to make something pretty similar to this deck, works pretty well.
Awesome deck--the two things that come to mind are Sword of the Righteous, and it may almost be worth splashing green for some stoic angels.
