I have a friend who uses Kusari-Gama alongside archery training, some great synergy there. Overall, cool deck.
Immaculate Magistrate.
I love the Warcaller/Magistrate combo, it is great for any elf deck. You might want to look at getting rid of Eladamri, as you then can't target any of your elves with Magistrate or other cards you have. Also, taunting elf is great here, too-whether you use him to divert all their blockers, or pump him up with Magistrate to kill all of his creatures, either is great. I would add some Ancient ziggurats.
For a casual deck, this is fun, because you get a different game every time you play. In the end, a deck with a few specific combos and playsets will win out every time.
Energy chamber and proliferate to boost the hatchery.
Feudkiller's Verdict, Borderland Behemoth, and Hamletback Goliath are all great additions.
I run a similar deck, and I like Llanowar Mentor over Llanowar Elves, just because you're later doubling them with Rhys.
Seems to me this would be much more effective as a straight black vampire deck--the only real bonus you get from red is the burn spells, and black has enough creature destroy that you really don't need it. For keeping it this way, though, I'd suggest some terminates and blightnings, they will really disrupt your opponent's game.
Bad news is, you can't sacrifice tokens with Lich. Any card that said "card in play" has been errata'd to say "nontoken permanent."
Jagged-Scar Archers would make your treetops basically unblockable--kills off anything that could block them, unless they have lots of reach, in which case they're probably running green, and Champion will run them over. Overall a cool build, but I've never played with anyone who runs a deck under 60 cards.

Have you thought about Yavimaya enchantress, Ancestral Mask? Awesome deck, though.
I really like Presence of Gond here--throw it on your devoted druid, then tap your magistrate to pump either devoted druid or warcaller, then tap and untap devoted for a bunch of elf tokens.

Cool deck...I'd look at Bosk Banneret, Thornbite Staff, and Wolf-skull Shaman.
I would 4x the Calvary Masters, and throw 4x Jabari's banner in there. You can get up to 9x instances of flanking.
