This deck is probably more effective than the other--if you actually construct any playtest this, let me know how it goes.

True on both counts. I tried to compensate for the sum. sick. with Battle Axe and Fires, and the damage factor with taunting elf/nemesis mask. To truly make this an "infinite" combo, though, I'd have to throw in some sort of damage prevention on the elf/masked creature.
"ay gurl, ay! I gotta buncha good decks o'er here..." -Wumps.
I've thought about it, but for 6 mana, I'd far rather play a Nomads' Assembly. The vigilance is nice, but this deck spams tokens out quick enough that vigilance on turn 6 isn't a huge boost.
Didn't know if you'd care, but there is a guy on here with the handle "SavageTheCabbage."
You are so right. I bow down to you. Also, this is the first time I noticed that they hid "Storm Crow" inside of "Mindstorm Crown." Mindblowing.
infiltrator T2, Edric T3 means drawing cards all game long. :-)
Maralen is nice for forcing an archive trap. I've also been of the opinion for awhile that any mill deck's lethality is exponentially increased with a bloodchief ascension in there. Quest countered bloodchief + Glimpse = mill 10 cards, you lose 20 life, I gain 20 life. Super-funsies.
Wort, Boggart Auntie is fun here. Return a Goblin to your hand and a 3/3 fear. Also, terminates and maybe blightnings.
Noble Hierarch over birds of Paradise, definitely...you gonna actually build this one?
The new Sundial of the Infinite may be the best card comboing with Venser yet.
The deck doesn't really /need/ them, but Favor of the Overbeing could be nice, and Jhessian Infiltrator combos well with Edric.
So between Worm tokens, elf tokens, and faerie rogue tokens, and the mana ramp, would Rhys the Redeemed be worth adding here?
First off, this is quite possibly the most helpful comment someone has ever left on one of my decks. :-) -Bloodbraid was in here, I have no idea when he decided to skedaddle. He's back, at any rate. -Most of the guys in my circle are either enchantment/artifact heavy, hence the naturalize, but I agree that sideboarding it opens up more options. -With undergrowth, I feel the only time you ever don't need it is when you are doing really well, so having another card wouldn't matter a ton. -Llanowar vs. Scuzzback is a rough choice for two reasons- one, having a few scuzzbacks immediately become 3/3 withers when I drop a liege can be a heavy threat, and also with the kavus, having to bounce a Llanowar would make it almost pointless. llanowar also takes away from the flavor of every creature being r/g, which also can affect Ulasht's effectiveness here. I do think there is room for some in here, though. -Lastly, I had never seen browbeat (or if I had, it was back during Judgment, and I completely forgot about it!) Awesome card here. Again, thanks for all the help!
I love that you resisted the urge to cram this deck with nothing but high cmc creatures--very balanced. Looks awesome.
Ashnod's Altar will help give you another possible infinity cycle (Ashnod's Altar + 2 Myr retrievers, inifnite mana if you have 1 Etherium Sculptor out). Vedalken Archmage for card draw.
Ohran Viper and Engulfing Slagwurm come to mind.
So if you have to have cloudstone curio and mana echoes in order for this combo to go off, why do you not have a playset of each? And what is the point of Mycosynth lattice- doesn't it disrupt your combo?
Very nice! Chancellor of the tangle or Spirit guides would allow this to go off on turn 1.
2x Tezzeret the Sculptor would be good. I also really like Arcum Daggson for searching out artifacts, but you don't have much here for sacrificing except thopter assembly.
